“They are next to my work, they have a lot of variety for a corner tmobile store if you need help upgrading lines, transferring data, or sending to other locations.
I would like to give a shout out to the assistant who helped me out named Ivana. It was only her and another person up front when I came to the store. I had my phone ordered and shipped to my house. All I needed help was transferring from my Sim card to the new phone since I kept the same line.
The people there are patient and considerate. I waited about 30 minutes just to get the z fold 7 properly finished on my end. They did not have any cases but it's okay. What's more important is the experience there and I do highly reccomend people to check their store.
I always stuck with tmobile for a while. They are fast and reliable. Might even consider their internet one of these days!”

“I took my 82year-old mother to this store and the store manager Mary was very kind and helping my mom get set up on her replacement phone moving all for information over from the old phone to the new one which took a little while. Also unfortunately my mom forgot her passwords for Facebook and Google and Mary was very helpful in helping my mom out. I just want to say I've dealt with Mary in the past and she's just been nothing but incredible. “Ok, time for one more update. Support made one more contact with me. They sent a postage paid mailing label to send back the 3-in-1 charger for testing and they also refunded me for my purchase. While I was happy with that, they next went the extra mile by sending me a new wireless charger! This charger works exactly as advertised and I am extremely happy with it. That was very nice of them.
