“The best experience I have ever had with a Tmobile store was at this location. I came in to cancel my service because it was just becoming to expensive for me. I was helped out by Albert and he was able to help me not only lower my bill but I also found out I eligible for a new phone and would get a huge discount if I traded in my old one! So I ended up with a cheaper monthly payment on my phone plan and a brand new phone! The entire experience was easy and he explained everything about the new plan and all the changes we made and what the new payment I should expect to see each month was.
