“If you need a bike. do yourself a favor and visit Alrick at the Santa Clarita location. He'll do a great job to taking care of you and getting you into the correct bike for your needs. Sure, you might be able to find a "cheaper" bike somewhere. However, you get what you pay for....I always say; "Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheat tattoos aren't good". Lol! It's actually less expensive to "buy right" this first time.”
“Great place to buy safety boots. They have a wide variety of shoes, from rugged steel-toe work boots to comfortable everyday options, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right fit.”
“Always find great deals here, and the staff are super helpful with finding stock and assisting you. Definitely my go to store for all my gym clothing and shoes. They even have some cute lounge wear for after the gym 😊”

“Went here looking for thermal underwear for my wife. Unfortunately they only carry the waffle pattern which would be fine with me but my wife wanted smooth thermals because she wears stretch pants a lot and says it would show through. Considering what we paid for smooth thermals at Target the waffle pattern ones at Big 5 were half the price and the much bigger selection.”
“DUDE THESE PEOPLE ARE LEGENDS when i first got my poker heart of the hide glove they gave it to me 10% off (i think) cause it was my birthday and they gave me a FREE (i think) break in service which was absolutely perfect and the people there AMAZING the are like the g o a t but ye they are a good place (dont go to dick's sporting goods. their glove selection is not so good compared to baggers) OK BYE NOW -juan figueroa ;)”
“Pros: affordable, great outdoor experience, lot's of options, full service: dining, shopping, practicing. Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful.
Cons: can get really busy, targets not maintained diligently, and bays need to be better fenced to prevent casing flyovers.
Overall: one of the better ranges out there.”

Danny was one of the worker and he was very polite with me. The prices are on the higher end for some shoes.”

“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”
