“Mason, the store manager working today was so helpful. I feel that he went the extra mile to help me with a challenging and difficult return to China.
The merchant return address was in Chinese characters. I was able to get some of the address translated into English, but the rest Mason was able to translate in Google. Also, USPS rejected the address format and Mason had to resolve this by continuously reformatting and submitting the return address until it was finally accepted.
I just want to publicly thank and recognize Mason‘s efforts and highly recommend this store

Since the most recent owner bought this location about 6 years ago it has been so much better. Always very nice, attentive and prompt with outgoing packages too.”

“If you ever had a day where nothing went right and you could either cry or kick rocks. Well, that was my day today. It was the last day I could return my defective Samsung or be charged the full price, and my printer died! I came to the FedEx store in San Juan Capistrano to see if they had suggestions on how to get my package sent with the required shipping labels. Not only did they make it super easy, but they also taught how to download the documents and email them to their email account. Following by printing out the forms, cutting them to fit the box. They added extra packing materials to ensure the contents arrived in perfect condition. I am amazed and thankful for this professional service with such grace. Thank you, thank you! I will make sure to come here for all my future packing and shipping needs.”

We have purchased items there, had documents notarized, and brought in many Amazon returns. Today I had an Amazon return that they had to help me with because I didn't have the right QR code. They went through the prompts with me on my app and helped me find the right QR code. They went above and beyond with their customer service to assist me. I truly appreciate their extra effort.”

I really appreciate going to places like this far more than I would ever step foot in the post office. They always have huge lines and are a little bit annoying to wait for. Places like these are great and do a very good job getting things done.
Far better experience than going there. I would definitely recommend plus this shopping center has quite a few things to do with restaurants, nail salons, grocery store.”
