Im actually laughing at some of these reviews, these people arnt live customer service reps for lost packages. They box, and do printing orders. The drivers are responsible for delivery, not them.
I can say every employee is calm, collected, and nice. Let them go on about their day. If you dont like it, just go use USPS or UPS guys. You come back because they’re actually nice and care.”

“Had a very great experience today. I called the store as we had a rather large Amazon return. Spoke to Lindsey, he said no problem. He then gave me several options to get the package to them. I chose the alley as it seemed the easiest. He meet us at the back door. Luckily I hadn't affixed the label yet, he was able to take the label in and scan. He then carried the rather large package into the back for us. All and all a very pleasant experience.”
“I took a 35-year old color negative from my wedding day there to be scanned so I could replace the very faded wedding picture that’s been hanging on our wall for 30+ years. Mike helped me and after the scan we done, together we sat down at a computer there and color-corrected the digital image. My wife and I are thrilled with the result.”
