“Caliber Collision was great from the start of the whole process. I noticed immediately how clean the yard was and that customer parking was easily accessible.
Upon entering the office I was greeted immediately by the desk person (forgot his name) and the service rep took me out to my car immediately for a car damage inspection. Despite the battle with my insurance i have to give it to these guys. Their job is to repair and they did beyond that. Besides the work they are some down to earth people who are cool, welcoming, & respectful. I have a new respect for what they do considering the challenges of meeting different personalities and customers who can be impatient.
