However, the carbon footprint of some of the products is a little bit off the charts, like Norwegian Rye crackers that are actually from Norway. Having said that, it's okay to look past that every once in a while and enjoy the products!”

“Another great grocery store option in Vista. Stater Bros. has great prices, friendly employees, and a good selection of everyday items. Got some dogfood trays for $1 here. The store is well organized and easy to shop.
Vista has a lot of good grocery options depending on what you’re looking for. There’s Trader Joe's, Northgate González, Frazier Farms Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, Albertsons … and even Walmart and Target have pretty nice grocery sections too.

“Such a cool place and market! Honestly the falafel and hummus weren't to my liking, but perhaps I've become accustomed to the Greek style, which tend to have more herbs and spices, and the chickpeas are slightly coarser. Perhaps Persian-style is just different. It was still pretty good after crisping up the falafel in the toaster oven after drizzling a little olive oil on them. Also a little lemon juice and olive oil on the hummus made it better too. Though still much better than Nectarine Grove or Luna Grill, which put the awful in falafel.”

Wonderful lay- out, spacious aisles, well stocked items, well decorated.Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Suggest to increase categories of home groceries, include Tea and spices for local residents.
Customers' observation on closure of some check outs stations at afternoon, and the resultant delay effect on them should be resolved ASAP.”
“Super grateful to Mark the Manager on duty who helped us with an online order my husband had done on the friday. I visited the store on the Sunday as the chicken wasn’t the usual chicken we bought. Mark very quickly swapped out the product & explained how the online orders worked with a 3rd party coming in & shopping for instacart etc. Super impressed with overall attitude to helping resolve this for me. “Located in the former 99 Cents store on Encinitas Blvd & ECR, it's tucked away but worth a visit. This one is well stocked, well-organized and has a very friendly staff. I usually come here to load up on fun snacks and I often find good quality shampoos and personal care products. I also usually find some nice berries or other fruit. If you enjoy discovering new things and you're not brand conscious, this is a great option to save tons of money on groceries.”
“In town for a weekend so looked forward to being able to access different foods than available inland. Got some ground veal and lamb. Sunday not the best day to shop. Some items eg sausages past their sale date.
Also we were checking out when the checker told us sales items were only credited if you had a number. What? Why didnt it state that on the sales tag. Deceptive.”

When I picked the cake up, John was absolutely awesome! Help me get it out to my vehicle and make sure everything was taken care of. “I had a good visit at this Encinitas Aldi. I picked up some avocados, uncured lunch meats, ground turkey, high grain sandwich bread, and some radishes.
All items were available, well priced, and in good condition. The lady at the register was very friendly and helpful.
