“From start to finish, this company has been exceptional. They took incredible care of our belongings. We had prepared the return by purchasing felt pads to place under the furniture and then learned that they had already put new pads on everything. They also wiped everything down. We had to change day and time of delivery more than once, and Armando was kind and accommodating. When you have to have Pack Out services because of unfortunate home issues, everything is very stressful. Very grateful that at least this company has made this one issue so much easier and actually pleasant. Special shout out to Armando, Osmar, Gui ,Kevin, Christian, Ivan, Luis and Richard.

The onsite manager is amazing. She is professional, polite, and goes above and beyond what I think her duties entail.
I would like to see their open hours to be extended, especially in the summer. But I'm probably to only one. Plus, it keeps the riff raff away.
If you don't need a climate controlled storage, I would recommend this place. Prices are a little less than the average of similar places around there.”

“Used UPack for cross country move. Combining them with local movers on either end saved me thousands relative to full service moving companies. U-pack dropped off the trailer on schedule and the drivers for both drop offs worked with me to position the trailers carefully. They need to improve their system to better handle same day pickups so customers can feel confident that a trailer will be removed when needed in an automated way rather than relying on antiquated systems and calling in to dispatch centers. But they were responsive, friendly and professional through the process. I’d definitely use U-Pack again!”
