“Was cool and all. Went to buy a samsung Galaxy tab a9. Told the lady what color I wanted and said she was going to check. I wish I had started a timer because she took to long to get it and was helping 3 other people and honestly I did feel like leaving to go to a different store but I felt bad because I already had told her what kind and color I wanted. Eventually, it all worked out even though they weren't super busy when I went.”

“Previously a five star for carrying great product(s) and being helped at the door, after a secondary visit and linking up with a great rep again, I will include that they are knowledgable as I inquired about some niche specifics and they were able to understand and communicate availability within the store. Likely to return for other electronics stuff!”
“I am a Make A Wish wish granter and today I had a wish kid come into the store to get an Apple watch that was on his list. I had called ahead to check out the lay of the land and chatted with Anthony, one of the managers, he made me feel reassured ahead of time that our Wish kid was going to get a great experience. This morning I came into the store to wait for wish kid and met with Anthony, Brian, Maddie and Carlos. We discussed what kind of entrance my wish kid would like. I was appreciative that the employees were willing to go all out to welcome our 9 year old kid into the store (applause, doors opening etc). But ultimately we decided that wouldn't be value added for our kid, so we went with the low key option.
When our kid got to the store Maddie had the exact model of the watch our kid was interested in ready to go and they had Carlos dedicated to helping our kid get his phone set up. I could tell that Carlos has helped many people with their products with the way that he gave clear and easy directions and had a lot of patience. What a great experience. Our kid was thrilled with his new watch.... thanks Apple!”
“Matt M was amazing. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He did an amazing job on my Lenovo and Dell XPS Laptops. Matt demonstrates excellent leadership skills, is adept at working with people and customers, and shows the required patience and empathy to be a top-notch team leader and general manager. He deserves a 10 to 16K annual pay raise, or at the very least, another 10 to 15 dollars an hour wage increase. Matt is valuable to customers, co-workers, and to Geek Squad's reputation and standing. The Oceanside community is thankful and lucky to have Matt at Geek Squad to help us whenever we need it. I purchased the annual Geek Squad membership; it's worth it, especially when employees like Matt are ready to present customers with kindness, respect, courtesy, and solutions to any technical issues that come their way.”
