Female employee came up to me asking if I needed help. I replied with no I have what I need. Turned to leave and I was surrounded by 3 employees?????”

“Used their services with a contractor for a major remodel with no problems.Purchased two major appliances, and both times, the associates in that department were very helpful in choosing the right item, and setting up delivery.Window covering personnel were not available in the middle of the afternoon on a weekend. Went elsewhere for this part of the remodel.”

“Lowes is super convenient in terms of location for us. Items can be hit or miss though so I would suggest researching what you need online to see if they carry it in stock before you go. For example, we found out our exhaust fan model was not sold here despite looking similar in size and shape but actually Home Dept carried it. We've also purchased quite a bit of paint from here and this seems to be the only section where you can immediately spot an employee. My husband has purchased several small things for our home including outlets, light fixtures, and screws. They easily take returns so that is always a good thing too in case things don't work out”

Martha in hardware was so helpful with buying new locks for my daughter's home. And a worker by the name of Dave went above and beyond with helping me load and tie down the rear door on my rental car. 5 star's to the entire staff.”

“So much better store then Home Depot. I started Home Depot today to find about seven items because I couldn't find help at Home Depot. I left without buying anything. I then went to Lowe'sVista and found a fabulous Lowe's employee, Heidi, who walked me around to every section I need to go to to get the items I was there for. She's a fabulous employee she knew exactly where everything was and didn't leave me on my own until I had found All of my different items. Then I went to check out and because I had so much stuff another lowes employee, Megan help me get through checkout with no difficulties, and offered to take my stuff out of my car. Customer service is so far and above at Lowe's. Compared to Home Depot. That's my last trip to Home Depot.”
