Plus, they will check the strength of your batteries for free! They also replaced the dead battery in my key fobs. Great experience and a very clean organized store.”
“I came here to buy a headlight bulb after noticing it was out. I didn't know what size I needed, so the cashier Jake kindly offered to look up the size for my car and gave me different options. I then mentioned that I was going to ask someone to change out the bulb for me since I didn't know how, and he offered to change it since the store wasn't too busy at the moment and another associate was there. I totally wasn't expecting that for no extra charge. I wish I had cash on me to give him a tip, but he said he was just happy to help. So the least I could do is leave a positive review for Jake. I highly recommend this store for friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.”

“Came to get a battery as mine was dead. The voltage was to low to check the battery so they asked if Iwas sure that was the problem and not the alternator. I told them I've dealt with an alternator before and that was ot the issue. They seemed knowledgeable and friendly”
“Replaced the starter on a 2003 Honda Accord V6 with O'Reilly's lowest price version. William tested it, and the old one. But the test stand showed that the replacement starter was only engaging with the engine flywheel halfway. Which means that even if the replacement starter would have worked for a while, it could have easily caused a premature failure, by not fully meshing with the gear teeth on the flywheel as designed. So he found another replacement that did fully engage. Without William doing that extra testing, this probably have been a much more expensive and time-consuming failure in short order. THANK YOU!!!”

“Took my 08 Trailblazer here and the guy was nice, had me bring it in back for a lightly used battery to be put in. It took less than 30 minutes and was out the door at an amazing price. Not to mention he also replaced the bolts holding down the connectors free of charge. I was amazed and will take my business here whenever I need a battery.”

The staff takes the time to find the best part options for their customers. I call and order or place online orders. Parts are usually in by the next day. Returns are no problem.”

“I'm very grateful for our local O'Reilly store on Mack Rd. I came in with winsheild wipers purchased from a different O'Reilly store for my Audi and they were very complicated to install. We even tried exchange for higher price ones, but Alex end up coming out and being patient with me and the install. Long story short, the 3 guys (Ram, Ricky, and Alex) who took a dab with the install were very tentative, professional, patient, and paid attention to all the customers in that manner. You are not unseen or un-noticed. Thank you for your great customer service. My neighborhood store!!”

“Omg I'll never go anywhere else. I've had the night from hell when my car wouldn't start last night. Extremely stressful night and morning today. Long & stressful story short, my roadside assistant told me its my AGM 12v battery. Not only did O'Reilly's have it in stock but they were willing to replace it for me, for free right there in the parking lot. Saved my entire day!! I'll only go here for all auto part needs. Shawn was kind, friendly and informative over the phone, and Mike helped me in the store & was the one that effortlessly replaced the battery he sold me and disposed of my old one.
