Monica was very kind, and her customer service is top tier! After not being able to order extra chairs online or in store, she figured out the issue the very next day. She even called me before I could check back in with her to inform me of the great news! She has made me feel at ease about this process and extremely happy about my purchase. I highly recommend asking for her at this location you won’t be disappointed!!”
“2 Salespersons helped me with a difficult situation. Elisha and Kevin could not have been more patient or kind. Also very very knowledgeable. Over the past 20 years my family has purchased over 10 mattresses from Mattress Firm in Citrus Heights CA and every time the sales staff and company have been honest and have bent over backwards to help. As a 75 year old widow, I know this kind of customer service is rare and should be valued above all else when choosing a company to deal with.”

Not only do we have great conversation with her but we she goes above and beyond to help us with our needs. I think some people are to sensitive and misunderstand her. “Kudos Chai Saephan and the LP Pros at the Fair Oaks store. We had problems with one of the Windmolen fans we purchase from you. We contacted the “service” dept at Windmolen and they were totally useless. In desperation we reached out to our LP folks and we’re lucky enough to speak with Chai. He was technically save’ enough recommending replacing the fan motor receiver and assisted us in getting the part. With a little effort, my bride and I had the fan up and running! Thanks Chai! That’s the kind service you can expect from the LP Pros!”

“This place is like a vintage wonderland! There were a lot of Halloween decorations, as well as handmade and vintage items. The items are thoughtfully laid out on display, making it very enjoyable to look around and shop. I spent at least an hour looking around, and would be going back to look for new items.”
“We came in looking for some slab for a desk, fell in love with a 3 - 4" thick piece of walnut that had warped a bit but they could salvage some for our 1.25" desk plan. Half down as a deposit, Made some drawings including how to process the drop, sent it off, and they started on it.Turns out the piece was still too wet in their opinion (therefore would continue to warp) and they began looking for another piece.We ran out of time for the project and they were understanding and happy to refund the project. Incredibly happy they could tell it was still too wet because I was already fretting if this desk would warp on me.I will 100% be coming back for wood when I can take on this project again!”

“I needed to find a good quality, and affordable second office chair for working at a new location part time. Saw that they had used and refurbished quality chairs, and stopped by on my way to the new location. They were very helpful in listening to my requirements and I was able to spend a good deal of time testing various chairs that they had in stock. I picked one, and it's worked well.
The amazing thing is that after about a month, one of the armrests split on the chair. I looked into it and found that this is a fairly common problem with this brand of chair. I remembered that even used chairs had a warranty, and sent off a quick email and picture of what the armrest looked like (it happened while it wasn't even being used--also common apparently). They wrote back within an hour or two, and asked for my address to send replacement armrests--alternatively I could bring it in. I provided my address and the armrests were on the front porch a day later. In this day and age, when does this happen anymore? I'm a soloprenuer, so may not have a lot of business to do with them, but next time I'm in need of something, they will be my first stop. Thanks Tom & Connor!”

“I was in the market for a Stressless recliner and knew there were only a few places I could order it. The manufacture sets the price of their furniture, so when shopping around I was focused on cost of delivery. I was thrilled when Gil at The Ultimate Back Store let me know that, not only would they waive the cost of white-glove delivery, they offer an extended warranty on the chair itself. That cinched the deal. But that's not why I'm writing this review... This particular chair wasn't going to be ready for a few months. During the waiting period, Gil called me periodically to check in. He remembered I'd expressed interest in a mattress and wanted to follow up on that, letting me know about a great sale. Then, when the chair did arrive, he made sure it was delivered the next day, during a time frame when I would be home (not one of those 8-5 windows, something that's actually convenient). The delivery team was really nice too. I highly recommend this store - I highly recommend Gil.”

I was a little apprehensive walking to the back alley of the store where the main entrance is located now (it used to be at the front where Harbor Freight Tools is now located), but after meeting Eric, all my hesitations went away. Eric is wonderful, gracious, and got me exactly what I needed. He arranged for delivery (I live on the 3rd floor - no elevator!!) and delivered and assembled everything. I could not be happier. “David, the owner of Heartwood Artisans, accomplished the unimaginable. We hired Dave to create a round table with a leaf that matched the wood of our preexisting furniture. Matching wood color is a difficult, almost impossible task. Dave persevered, creating his own stain that was a great match. He even provided us with a small container of the stain he created so we could touch up our "old" furniture. Dave is a great communicator and a true artist. We now have a table that will last a lifetime.”
