“Great experience shopping for a couch with Sam! He helped me find what I was looking for in less than 10 minutes when I was in a hurry and only had a few minutes to browse! I told him what I needed, he showed me exactly what the store had that totally met my needs, and when I wanted a different color than the floor model, he texted me the old swatch examples on the spot! I was so impressed I came back two days later and bought the couch. I absolutely recommend! Ask for Sam!”
“Overall a great experience at this store. They have a wide selection of furniture, clothes, and other knick-knacks. My boyfriend and I came in 15 minutes before they closed just to quickly browse before going to an event at the volleyball club next door, and the staff were so friendly. They showed us dressers we might like based off what we told them, and they even offered to include a mirror that was not originally included to the dresser we picked at no extra charge. Because they were so friendly, my boyfriend and I ended up coming back and buying a few more pieces from them. They helped us load all of the furniture and even lent us a blanket to keep the glass from scratching. They were very friendly and helpful, and their prices were affordable. We will definitely come back to them the next time we need to buy furniture!”

“The LazyBoy store where I purchased my sofa has closed, another area store didn't answer the phone, so third try was truly a charming experience. The staff here answered all my questions, of which there were many, ordered the product I needed, finished paperwork remotely, all a 5 star experience. This store exemplifies the excellent service I have always received at LazyBoy. Don't hesitate to shop this store, you won't be sorry. Just visited this store in July of this year, ordered one chair and bought another to be delivered Wednesday. This store is definitely the place to shop. Great experience.”

“Wow! What a great buying experience. I recently moved into a new apartment and needed furniture. I visited the website, made a wish list of everything I wanted, and marched over to Furniture Mattress Outlet. I was a little apprehensive walking to the back alley of the store where the main entrance is located now (it used to be at the front where Harbor Freight Tools is now located), but after meeting Eric, all my hesitations went away. Eric is wonderful, gracious, and got me exactly what I needed. He arranged for delivery (I live on the 3rd floor - no elevator!!) and delivered and assembled everything. I could not be happier. And after doing the math, I saved 68% off retail price for all he furniture I got. Insane!! Visit their website because the warehouse does not have a lot of room on the sales floor. But you will not be disappointed. I am one happy customer.”

There will be never be enough words of praise to show how much we appreciate the time, effort, follow up, attention to detail that George put into our fountain. Both George & Robbie gave us regular updates and photos throughout and we felt so happy to be constantly updated. We love that nobody else will have the same fountain and that’s all possible thanks to George. “Went in after looking at Costco and The Hot Tub Store. The Hot Tub Store was great, but Kenny put California Backyard over the top. Just a good dude who likes to put families in a hot tub. He did not oversell us at all. Told me the truth about what most people need. We left to make sure we wanted the Jacuzzi tub and we were back the next day to purchase. The delivery team was super nice and efficient. Kenny then came to my house and walked me through the chemicals and the controls. A+ work”
“I have had some bad experiences at furniture stores. My ikea couches lasted 6 months. My Ashley couch was ok but customer service was non existent.
Almost instantly I was welcomed into the store. I told him my budget and pshhh no problem! He showed me a couch I liked it but he hit me with the “oh wait there’s more!” And I’m glad he did he kept showing me more couches I feel like they got better and better till I finally found one I liked.
I will come back as long as this couch holds up and the quality is good. I will update as time goes on”
“My husband and I came in, a bit overwhelmed after having lost everything in a fire. Suzanne approached us and was wonderful as she guided us through the various furniture items we needed to replace, and all our options. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and never pressured us. She was so patient as we spent multiple visits and texts while we considered what would be best for our home. Ultimately we furnished our family room and living room with her - two couches, two swivel gliders, and a reclining chair. When we first bought our home we furnished it with Naturewood and were happy with our purchases. So I’m confident we will be happy with our new furniture as well.
