“Rod was completely attentive, showed me exactly what I needed in order to make the right decision on a mattress and base. I'm excited to try a cooling Tempur Pedic Mattress with a lumbar adjustment base for the first time. I had a Purple 3 mattress for 7 years that I loved but had to replace. Just to let you know, their 10 year warranty is legit and that's why they continue to earn my business. Rod is awesome and helped me talk through what features were most important to me about the mattress. Looking forward to good sleep and staying cool.”

Extra benefit folks don’t know is if your waiting for your home/ remodel to be completed; they will store your purchase for you until your ready for delivery. THAT is a great customer experience.”

“I initially visited the American Furniture Galleries looking to upgrade our couch and chair. I was first greeted by a salesman named Tony. He asked me what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. He was not pushy, nor did he hover over me as I browsed the options. However, he was always nearby to answer my questions.
I went in the next day to show my husband the options I liked. On this day we were greeted by Jeffrey, also a very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. He too answered the questions my husband had and was courteous and patient.
We were able to get exactly what we wanted and even upgraded to something we didn’t even know was an available option thanks to the helpful sales staff. Both gentlemen made our shopping experience a positive one. Thanks!”

“We came in looking for some slab for a desk, fell in love with a 3 - 4" thick piece of walnut that had warped a bit but they could salvage some for our 1.25" desk plan. Half down as a deposit, Made some drawings including how to process the drop, sent it off, and they started on it.Turns out the piece was still too wet in their opinion (therefore would continue to warp) and they began looking for another piece.We ran out of time for the project and they were understanding and happy to refund the project. Incredibly happy they could tell it was still too wet because I was already fretting if this desk would warp on me.I will 100% be coming back for wood when I can take on this project again!”
“Fantastic customer service and very good quality sofa. I look around for 3 months for a sofa that I liked 100% and I found it at sofa republic, it took a little longer because they had to order the fabric that I chose, but the wait was worth it. Andrea was so nice and kept me informed about the process also the owner showed me where he custom the sofa himself.
I was told they expanding soon and will sell other furniture, Im looking forward to get my dinner table from them. .”
“I was in the market for a Stressless recliner and knew there were only a few places I could order it. The manufacture sets the price of their furniture, so when shopping around I was focused on cost of delivery. I was thrilled when Gil at The Ultimate Back Store let me know that, not only would they waive the cost of white-glove delivery, they offer an extended warranty on the chair itself. That cinched the deal. But that's not why I'm writing this review... This particular chair wasn't going to be ready for a few months. During the waiting period, Gil called me periodically to check in. He remembered I'd expressed interest in a mattress and wanted to follow up on that, letting me know about a great sale. Then, when the chair did arrive, he made sure it was delivered the next day, during a time frame when I would be home (not one of those 8-5 windows, something that's actually convenient). The delivery team was really nice too. I highly recommend this store - I highly recommend Gil.”
“I contracted with David to build a dining table made of black walnut with live edge and epoxy filler in the voids. I made it extra difficult because I wanted a specific coloring of the table so it would match chairs I was purchasing elsewhere. Not only did David find an absolutely beautifully grained piece of wood for the project, he also was able to match the coloring beautifully in the end. He is a true artist in his craft and you can tell he really wants to provide a superior product in the end.
If I ever want another piece of furniture created, I will definitely contact him again.”
“What a wonderful experience it has been working with Furnitalia. We were going to remodel our kitchen over 7 yrs ago, but had a horrible experience with a contractor on a different project. My neighbor suggested I go and checkout Furnitalia. I found just what I needed to update our kitchen. My house is over 70 yrs old and the designers did an excellent job integrating the new with the old. We worked closely with staff to create a solid budget and go through our wish to reality to accomplish our goal.The communication, the various experts on the floor, the appliances, the countertops were exceptional. The cabinets are from Germany and the craftsmanship and precision are incredible. I could go on but I highly recommend that you take the time to visit the showroom and meet the owner and the staff”
“It's a monday! and this place was PACKED! As busy as it was there was PLENTY of close parking and the store didnt look like customers had torn thru everything. They had a great selection of towels which is what I was looking for and an abundance of everything between. When I went to check out there was a pretty long line BUT it went VERY quickly. I didnt wait more than 5 minutes and the store was well staffed however there were 4 employees in the back i approached for help and tho they were polite ... not very helpful. I found a gal actually WORKING who led me to the right section and then even helped me look for what I wanted (a juicer... NOT a blender just an old fashioned electric juicer) and she found one nicer and cheaper... there was sooo much to look at im not sure I'd of found it on my own.
...I'd of never fou d this place on my own without google maps either! Even tho its located on one of the busiest intersections in sacramento... Arden way (right by the mall)”
“We went to One Stop Furniture, for an area rug yesterday, 5/23/25, but ended up buying a queen mattress, recliner chair on top of the rug, and got delivered today on time by David & Ivan. Way to go guys! If you need anything for your home , apt. this is the place to go, very reasonable and quality goods.
