“I LOVE this hardware store in my neighborhood! Whenever I walk into the store, I am always greeted by someone and asked what I am looking for. Unless I know exactly where I am going, an employee always leads me to the correct items. There are few places I have every been to that has customer service like this Ace Hardware! They treat you with the same high level of customer service whether you are buying yards of sprinkler pipe, a new power tool or a single screw. Sometimes the cost of items is a bit more than the big box hardware stores, but my time is worth it! I never have to wait around to get help.”

“This is top-notch quality service, and very well-mannered souls at this store!! As I was leaving, I said, "See you later" to which - I believe the son - replied, "Sure, but not too soon, maybe next year!". It's very telling. It suggests to me they're not interested in luring customers to visit again and purchase items. They're in for the long-term, well-functioning solutions to our irrigation problems. How much integrity and ethics is THAT!

“Very shocked to see the reviews so low, this home depot is down the street from my rental property. I've been renovating it , so me and the workers have been becoming good friends lol. I was practically living in this Home Depot lol. I honestly can't name all the workers but I know that I've had keys made, bought tools like a sander, nail gun, jig saw, I've bought baseboards , paint, countertops carpet, I've dealt with the workers in customer service in which only one person I was NOT a fan of, older woman whole vibe was very rude, I believe she was a supervisor or a lead, very dismissive and again rude, but again didn't steal my joy because y'all have certain mangers for reasons, in which the manger did handle my situation, in which she could of done the same if she took the time to look at my receipt. I'm thankful for all the workers that took the time to give me new ideas or different approaches to my do it myself jobs. Ryan was most helpful, he was very knowledgeable on many departments. Also when the countertop installation made a mistake on my order, he stepped in to correct it. Savannah ,& Valarie was very helpful as well.”
