She explained how to proceed within the process of a remodeling. She helped me realize what colors I was drawn to in these projects. Based on my input, she responded and showed me a color choice that I fell in love with. I went home with three paint samples. Vanessa is knowledgeable, kind, informative and congenial. If something I'm looking for isn't on the shelf staff will go in the back and look for it and see if they have it in their warehouse. I have to say they have good customer service and I'm in and out of there fast.”
