Having spent 2 hours the day before in ATT voice mail (you know the drill) and getting absolutely no where, I made an appointment at the store. Mike, through no help of mine, (I was lost, couldn't even remember my phone number, SS number or security questions) was able to get a technician (who was amazing, too) to come to my house, install the fiber optic box, and get everything working. Mike spent a solid hour with me at the store and made it happen. Ovations to him and the team.”

I went to Cricket store because I received messages to update the software and needed WiFi for that. I was slightly frustrated because I didn't have WiFi. That's where I met Hakeem who immediately put the smile on my face. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
