About 4A'S CARGO, INC

4A'S CARGO, INC. is a shipping company that provides services to customers, primarily for sending packages to the Philippines. Based on the reviews, the company has a mix of positive and negative feedback. On the positive side, customers appreciate the trustworthy and helpful representatives, such as Mr. Rudy Cabulong, who pick up the packages and provide updates. The deliveries are generally received in perfect condition, despite sometimes taking a long time, which customers understand. However, the company has faced some issues with slow delivery and lack of tracking capabilities. Customers have expressed frustration about not being able to track their packages, with one customer mentioning that a package took over a month to be delivered. There was also one instance of a damaged package, though the contents were still intact. Overall, 4A'S CARGO, INC. seems to provide reliable service, with knowledgeable and attentive representatives, but could improve its delivery speed and tracking capabilities to better meet customer expectations.

Highly recommended for Balikbayan box shipping to the Philippines! My boxes arrived in the Philippines on time and in excellent condition, with nothing missing or damaged. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely use this company again for future Balikbayan shipments.

Really slow, no tracking for us to watch. We shipped two boxes in November, the week before Thanksgiving. Family in Philippines found it should have been delivered more than a week ago. Where is it now?
