I’m giving them 4 stairs because I had to take it back because when I received my console back the first time it was cutting out pretty bad but I provided proof of it not working and since the warranty with them covered the repair they took it back and repaired it. My console works flawlessly now and I am grateful for not needing to purchase a new one or blow over 200$ Thank you!!”

They explained it would be cost efficient to replace my laptop instead of fixing and due to the time I had, we decided to replaced and it they charge a fair price to transfer everything from my old to my new laptop. Definitely will be recommending them and coming back for any future issues with my computers.”

“I accompanied my nephew today to get his phone screen fix today to the All Tech store on tenth street by pacific and what I can say is that the individual was really helpful and knew what he was doing with the cellphone a-lot of good tech knowledge. Really good with customer service, the prices are not all that expensive so if your on a budget I believe this is the place to go. I like the environment in the store I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs a phone fix. And there’s a adorable little cat that is hanging around the store. “I am used to walking into electronic stores and fending for myself -as it’s hard to find sales people who know what the sell sometimes. I loved everything about my video and audio center experience phone call. They had the mount I was looking for -in stock! The video and audio center amazon warehouse lady was so kind and helped the best she could even though it was outside of her department . AND THEN THERE WAS MISTY. She is amazing. Friendly,patient and wow!! Knowledgeable. She was similar to an encyclopedia on electronics. Not only did she price match- she gave me the option of driving to the warehouse and picking it up there. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
Did I mention this was around Black Friday madness- They took the time to help and make it super easy for me!! Grateful beyond words for finding this gem!?”
