He was very patient and helpful with my mom when she went in the looking for help exchanging her plant and sincerely wanted to help her and make sure she got what she wanted. His customer service was excellent and he even greeted us when we came in through the door. Interactions like today make you want to come back. Although she didn't find what she wanted, she left happy and taken care of. Good Job!”

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Not only did they help me find a great deal on the set, but they also went above and beyond by assisting me in loading it into my car. They had some cute furniture pieces. Their customer service truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Habitat for Humanity for their excellent service and quality products.”

“I came to contractors warehouse to find a specific, plumbing part They have the piece I was looking for. I stopped at four plumbing stores, Home, Depot, lowes, and Another hardware store looking for this piece. contractors Warehouse is the only place that had what I was looking for a test, plug, safety, seal, a pneumatic hydraulic plug for a drain so that a shower could be Hot Mop. Jesse help me out. It was a great pleasure coming to contractors warehouse. I recommend coming here for all of your construction needs.”

“Who hired Andres? You have a keen eye for talent. Please fill your store with more like him. He crossed paths with me at the entrance. I had a mulch exchange which I'd purchased the wrong color. The initial contact, the usual not so friendly front end customer service you don't have your receipt...blah blah...never mind that I spend thousands of dollars at this store chain yearly. Never mind that not only was I replacing with a correct color but purchasing more bags, but ok ladies, I have a broken rib and no strength to care so I will allow you to be condescending and feel important, just give me my mulch. I still have Andres. He hauled the cart with the wrong color bags to the garden, loaded now 10 bags of the right color, plus two bags of GroMulch and was ever so happy to do so. Andres stayed with me through check out and loaded my car ever so careful...and just a nice guy. "Ma'am, I love my job" The attitude amazing...the skills...amazing. Management keep an eye on this man and give him what he deserves. Don't lose him and hire more like him. To loyal Home Depot customers that read this review ask for him when you come in and commend him for doing a great job. They don't get paid enough for their hard work. To the management...hire more employees that care just like Andre.”

“Not all Home Depots are the same. They can be set up the same look the same but the staff is what is the game changer. You could have the worst stuff or the best stuff. The reason why I checked in and I'm leaving a review for this particular Home Depot is it was nice and clean. Parking was not hard to find. There wasn't a million people in the parking lot trying to sell you food Services etc. Well maintained. I know everyone has to work and I'm not knocking anyone's Hustle but I do not want to go to Home Depot to buy some tamales out front. I'm going to grab something and go. When I walked in it was nicely organized the staff greeted me and help me find what I needed to. At the paint counter they answered all my questions with no attitude. Marina Del Rey Home Depot straight attitude Signal Hill Home Depot worst attitude don't let me even get on the Lakewood Home Depot. All those three need to take some advice from you all.”

“To whoever curious because spray paint was locked up, you should know that that's a California criminal law requirement. It's not Lowe's fault. (If you want to look for somebody to blame blame taggers.) I also think the public should know that they offer discounts to seniors but you do have to ask. I'm not crazy about any of the huge stores because I really don't want 10,000 choices I just want some reasonable ones so that I can pick--but I can guarantee you the store has never mistreated me in any way shape or form.”

Had to ask a Customer at the store on recommendations on a product information. He was pretty knowledgeable about it too. Will I come back to this location?? Definitely!! “The worshops for kids are an excellent activity. The staff is good in general. They could be more friendly with working with kids. Some of the staff are young and look indifferent with any kid. The lady at the main table is great. She has attitude and always pending what materials the kids need.A couple of times they were short on ⚒️ and and we had to bought them.In general, we like this activity. It is a safe place to go with kids (2-16yo) is screen free, promotes healthy family time and helps to develop life skills for kids and adults.The workshop today were amazing! We know Lucas the Spider ?️, my toddler loves the plush, and the treasure chest is so cute.”

“Shout out to William and Jesus who helped me and my friend with 10 large pavers. They put them on the cart and then in the truck, and these pavers were heavy. They were helpful and polite even when it was hot and they were being called to go somewhere else. These 2 were great employees, treat them well Home Depot.”
