“Honestly, this review is long overdue. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Valencia as our 3PL partner. We were originally introduced to them through another business after growing frustrated with our previous 3PL's constant rate increases and lack of flexibility. Prior to switching, I would shop on various websites to test how packages would arrive to me from the different 3PLs that were used. Valencia was no doubt the best in terms of speed and quality. Making the switch 2 years ago was one of the best decisions we've made for our ecommerce shop!
