“The workers are super helpful. I love the new manager, she helped me send out a package which then got lost. It turns out that weather can delay our packages and the workers at the store don’t know that. The UPS store and UPS are different but the same. The UPS franchises can’t help the same as the UPS Shipping. It turns out that we have 15 days to do a claim to get our money back, Elaine the manager helped me figure out how to do my claim. The UPS company didn’t give me a full refund for the price of my package because I didn’t put insurance but I got a refund for the price of my shipping. I love that the store can help with things that aren’t even their fault. I will definitely come back to this store and recommend anyone come to this store. Customer Service 100/100”
“My experience here was mixed. The tax preparer was knowledgeable and took time to explain deductions and credits, which made filing feel less stressful. I appreciated the friendly attitude and how they guided me through some confusing parts of my return. On the other hand, communication about document requirements and deadlines could have been clearer — I had to follow up a couple of times for updates. Overall it’s a solid option if you’re looking for personal help with your taxes, though a bit more proactive communication would improve the experience.”

“I usually come to this fedex to drop off packages I need to mail, I have yet to try the other services. However today I walked in and learned that I can just check in packages myself that have a prepaid label on them without having to wait in line. Which is perfect cause I always have something to mail out via FedEx. The guy that helped me was super helpful and showed me how to use the self service machine. “Been going here every day for decades! This is the best USPS location in Santa Clarita hands down... or anywhere for that matter!! All of the staff are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wish all the USPS locations were half as friendly and helpful as they are! Sylvia, Neva, Angel, Daniel, and all of the staff there always greet me when I come in and are always pleasant to work with. Can't say enough positive things about them! “I am so surprised by all these negative reviews. For one, I have to say each postal worker I’ve ever interacted with has been the friendliest public workers I’ve met. I’ve only had to use the postal service only and can’t speak for the passport service area. There are plenty of parking, clean , short lines and I think one of the better looking ones. I’m located between two post offices and without a doubt, I go here , even if it’s out of my way. The other one is what I usually experience in the past… the usual, (long lines, not the cleanest, you’re treated like a number not a person ). As far as the postal rates, the workers have no control over that but can suggest alternatives.”
