“I came in earlier today due to waterlogging my phone in quite a bad position as I needed navigation to road trip to my hometown for the holidays.

The two female associates that helped me (I did not get their names but one had dark hair and gold jewelry and one had blonde hair) were exceedingly kind, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and really gave me a Christmas miracle.

The customer service was wonderful, not rushed at all, and the shop was clean, calm, and orderly. They troubleshooted extensively before they set me up with a new phone within my budget, and I was able to get all the way home (6 hours away!) safely.

As far as I'm concerned, all the employees deserve holiday bonuses and raises too! This kind of customer experience is why I choose T-Mobile.”

“Spoke with Jorge pharmacy tech. Super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Jorge literally saved the day by going above and beyond and helped me tremendously especially what transpired the day before, (a mess) with the previous employees that wasn't so helpful. He literally cleaned up their mess and did an amazing job. Hats off to Jorge.”

“Excellent, excellent customer service. The nice lady who was working was stocking the coffee area. Although she wasn't at the front register, she was very attentive and could hear as customers were walking in. As I proceeded to the drink machines she looked up and greeted me and smiled. I came here after having the worst experience at 9:30am at the location at 24476 Mission Blvd where the guy is literally a piece of s****”
