“I bought outdoor teak furniture from Tom's Outdoor Furniture around 2007. For the last two years or longer, one of the chairs had a missing screw, sleeve and end cap to keep one of the arms in place. Finally, I got around to calling Tom's and they directed me to Classic Patio Furniture.Sure enough, I brought my chair in and they repaired it free of charge with parts that you can't find online because the chairs are made in Indonesia. Very happy with the no-hassle support. Shout out to Cindy and Harry!”
“I purchased a table and chairs from them about 3 months ago. The prices are reasonable and the quality is high. I was happy to chat with the owners who educated me on how to care for the table. This type of teak is often very expensive and I was happy to get this level of quality at an affordable price point. I did seal the table with the product she recommended and so far so good. I opted not to buy cushions for the chairs, but am finding the chairs to be super comfortable.”

“Was worried about a redwood tree in my backyard after a few trees had fallen in the neighborhood after some crazy winds. Reached out to Nick to inquire about what cutting it down would look like. He gave us some options but recommended we talk to a consulting arborist who could tell us if they thought the tree has any signs of distress. He didn't think the tree needed to be cut down and seemed to genuinely care about keeping trees alive and only cutting them down as a last resort. We took his advice and got the tree trimmed instead. It will probably be around well past my lifetime. Thanks Nick!”

“Martin was fantastic, he answered all our questions about the furniture including the origin, how they clean it and check for bed bugs. And he even delivered on Saturday night with a smile. The sofa is just our style, mid century modern, in beautiful condition, and was a good value. Plus, Martin's customer service was over the top exceptional! I'm really glad my husband found this shop, I was skeptical when he mentioned it -- but their products, quality, and customer service quickly won me over. “A 2nd for Jon Nichols. I called him looking for a dock that I could move. I didn't know what I needed, just that I had a problem and was looking for a solution. He said "you need a portable yard ramp". NO ONE, NOT ONE other material handling company in the entire Bay Area even knew the name of these Yard Ramps. Jon knew what I needed and he even has one! Going to be working with him in July for sure. Some day I am going to need a new forklift or racks for our warehouse or something and I am going to go to Cromer for the sole reason that Jon impressed me so much. A company with smart people is SO hard to find today. This is the real deal.”

Rick Moore and Florence & New Italian Art went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure my peace of mind. Their delivery team was refreshingly honest and transparent. They pointed out the crack in the fountain upon delivery, which allowed me to thoroughly inspect it before accepting the product. Although the crack was not in an obvious place, it was tough for me to assess whether it would get worse over time. I expressed my concerns about its potential to worsen beyond the warranty period. Rick displayed exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to my satisfaction. While in his best opinion, the crack would not worsen, they were willing to exchange the fountain or offer an extended warranty specifically addressing any potential worsening of the crack. This level of commitment and willingness to go the extra mile distinguishes this operation as a top-notch establishment. They genuinely care about their customers and, at least with me, strived to build a long-lasting relationship based on trust and integrity. “We were looking for a lot of window treatments for our house in a couple different styles for different parts of our house. Pat was so patient and helpful while we were being very particular. At one point we'd probably gone through six or eight books of different shades and still hadn't found something we loved and Pat said she thought she had the perfect thing for us and left to bring more options and found us the perfect shades. Manufacturing was fast and installation was quick and professional and we're SO happy!”

The warehouse floor may not have exactly what you are looking for but the team and Bob are great and they helped us customize the sectional sofa we wanted from the layout down to the material. We have been happy with our purchases and Roneys continues to be our go to.The big box retail chains just don't hold up despite the high prices. Definitely recommend Roney's!”
“This place was medium size but awesome awesome furniture &choices were awesome as well!! The employees / owners were super helpful and really cool they also have a finance were good or bad credit, the only thing is they say no credit check but they do but pretty much EVERYONE gets approved unless your 500 and under score if your at least at 600 if your score is lower due to no credit that's fine just no repos on loans or failure to pay a loan well I wouldn't want to loan money to someone has a history of not paying there loans granted I think they should listen to the reason why and if you can back up your good reason for failure to pay a loan then they should give it to you well at least consider you anyway Great place &easy loans OH and GREAT PRICES LOWEST I HAVE SEENSigning outCarrie aka Snow White ”
