“After hiking at Lake Chabot I came back to a flat tire. It was about 15 minutes before the Mobil gas station opened, but the young man that was tending to gas station that morning was already there, ready to help. I tried to used the air machine initially, but the attendant found it wasn’t working, so he allowed me to back my car to the service area, to help fill my tire. We discover the tire wouldn’t hold air, and I wouldn’t make it home before it went completely flat. He asked if I had a spare and changed my tire with no hesitation and refused any compensation. Some times when your in s as bind you luck out and come across a savior, and the young man at this Mobil was mine, and I will forever be thankful for his assistance and impeccable service.”

“I like this gas station it has reasonably priced gas compared to other stations, it has a atm chip card scanner so you dont have to stick your card into a rigged chipp reader or go into a store and slide your card. Watch out for gas stations who dont have this feature, people will try to use your card numbers to buy every thing they want including gas...”
“I've never gone inside the convenience store but this is one of the few gas stations I've seen with cheaper gas, diesel, and E85 available. A slightly busier station because of the area and prices available.”
“My favorite place to stop for gas and fresh coffee. They have one of the most freshly baked cookies everyday! The staff is very honest, friendly and helping. Once I forgot my $1 change and the cashier especially came outside to give my change. I would definitely recommend this place!!”

“I go to Quick Stop on Lake Chabot in Castro Valley every day for my convenience needs or gas. ATIF who I see on my way home from work daily is exceptional! Friendly, courteous and knows his job well! The older guy who works in the morning is equally as friendly and knows me well. Would definitely would recommend this business and its staff! Actually, I was not speaking of ATIF there is no such person. His name is Amrit! Been calling him ATIF for months and he never said anything. The older guy’s name is Steve. They are both great!”

“This place has the lowest gas prices in the area. I will stop for gas whenever I'm in the area and have 1/2 tank or less. It's hidden and it's not easy to pull into the 4 pumps (yup, that's all there are) due to the angle of the traffic lane at the pumps in relation to the driveway. I have never been inside the Quik Stop Store and this review is strictly limited to the getting of gas, only. Today, the price was $3.579 and that's for cash or credit card. I've never had a problem here other than having to wait a bit because there are only 4 pumps. But, it's not as bad as waiting at COSTCO on a busy day! Jim”

“It was late in the afternoon, and no one was around myself and the attendance car were the only two automobiles on the property! He was cleaning the car wash area when I pulled up and went to the window and saw no one was there. I guess this wouldn't bother most people, but personally, I was put off by only having one employee to handle everything by himself. This station is on a busy corner in Castro Valley. I hope the company is paying him enough money to handle this job. Seems a little unfair to him.”
