“I was recommended to bring my car down after a trip up north to a natural hot spring for a thorough exterior cleaning. My friend recommended them because they have a $40 a month unlimited car wash membership plus discounted services like detailing and interior cleaning.
I arrived at 11:25 AM and was ready to roll off the lot by 11:45 AM. They did what would’ve taken me over an hour in exactly 20 minutes! That includes signing up for the membership and the actual washing of the car.
I’m glad that I made this investment because I will now regularly come down to have the car clean and feel rest assured that the quality and consistency of cleanliness will be kept. The team was friendly and worked diligently.
I highly recommend Splash Brothers car wash for anyone who wants an affordable way to look good on the road without the effort of pulling a bucket full of hot soapy, water around your car and wet up your clothes (unless you’re into that thing, then show up on a Sunday where you can self service with your own products and their amenities).

“Easy, convenient way to get your propane tank(s) filled. An attendant is there to help you fill your tank. After they fill it up, they give you a post-it with the amount filled. Bring that into the shop and pay at the cash register. Cheaper than swapping tanks.”
“My RV tires needed air filled and although they don't offer tire service the young man helped me fill my tires. Very kind and polite folks work there. Great gas & diesel prices too!”

“I just visit this Gas Station because of two facts: the amazing customer service and the very cheap gas price.The star missing in my review is because I was there and one of the pumps wasn’t working and didn’t have the sign. I went inside, I payed for the gas, and the guy told me: “Are you sure you want gas on number x.” So he wasn’t sure what was happening in the pump. Then I went out just to find that the nozzle was gone. I had to come back inside and I asked the guy to move my credit to another pump. I asked the one on the front for easier movement. “That one doesn’t work either.” So I had to move to another pump.Anyways, if you have time and limited money, go there. A peasant like me is very pleased to find this wonderful cheap places where we can survive in this tumultuous adventure of life.”
“Best car wash in the bay area. I usually pick the "Superior wash" with Tire and wheel cleaning 18.00$. They're always friendly and give you a pretty good hand wash while you wait to go in, and then afterwards they go over each tire and wheel and hand dry your entire car while they do it. Always deserving of a good tip in my opinion.”

“The store is spacious and though it is well lit the lights don’t hurt my eyes like most gas stations. The staff are always friendly without being in your face. The bathrooms are gender neutral and clean.”
“Awesome car wash. I ran into a problem when I had 5 minutes left on my timer and the blower for the drying feature didn't work. So I texted the number for customer service. Got an immediate response from the manager, Peter. He was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience. And issued my refund through zelle. He was polite, helpful and prompt. I understand equipment fails sometimes, and having this kind of customer service means they still get a 5 star review. Thank you Peter. You have made a return customer for sure. “This is my go to gas station when in the area. Compared to other name brand stations and even the same(Mobil/Exxon) this has been by far the best place to stop by that has the lowest price for the gallon.”

“Not bad! Nice car wash. The front of the wash bay is closed, so you can't pull through. You can use a credit or debit card. You can also use cash and you get quarters back, not tokens! It was quite busy when I went there on a Sunday afternoon and some of the dial options didn't work. Other than that, it was nice!”

“I get up early for work and visit around 4:30 AM to this specific location. This place is extremely Clean & Spotless. Even the bathrooms are mind blowing considering how dirty I have seen them (Also Smells Fantastic). Especially when that NEW long-hair clerk named "CJ" is there. He has a Firm Voice and Smiles when he Greets, never misses a day (Literally). Also I've Noticed when "CJ" is NOT there on two separate nights, the place looks like a complete disaster in the Morning. Floor is disgusting. Coffee bar has multiple messes w/ finger smudges all over the machines (from God knows what & who). I'm scared to even approach the machines, afraid I might catch someone elses sickness bases on how dirty it looks. The front door also has trash everywhere outside. Empty boxes in the way of what I want to grab sometimes(very annoying).. So I give it up to that young gentleman named "CJ" it's employees like him I've seen that gives places like this a 5-Star Look. Not only is he highly professional & charming, but he takes care of that store like it's his own house I have witnessed morning after morning. Excellent Customer Service & Attitude over the top. Well Deserved 5 star. Hire more "Cj's".
P.s - pls Stop hiring those old folks who have prideful Egos in a customer service field. I can only imagine who else will experience there Prideful tantrums.

“DownTown Auto Repair 1495 Hays Street, San Leandro CA 94577 (Behind Safeway. Corner of Hays Street & w. Juana Ave) March 22, 2024. Note: Support Local Business. Support DownTown Auto Repair. Support Devin and his great quality of work. Typical me, did not pay attention to my DMV renewal registration. Must do a smog check at a star approved smog center. I always pass by this Valero gas station and thank goodness I remember the "Star" sign for smog check. Told the parental unit to take her car there for her smog check and I will take mine after work. Parental Unit called me with nice sayings about how everyone was nice, and smog check is fairly price for her Nissan Rouge. Few hours later it was Hello Kitty's turn (Yes, my car's name is Hello Kitty). The wait was not as bad, I would say 20 mins. I am sure weekends they are busy so always call first for an appointment. Hello Kitty passed with her flying red colors for her smog check. Thank you Devin & DownTown Auto Repair. You now have us as your loyal customers.”
