“This UPS location is located in a large plaza so parking is really easy. There’s an employee there named Cora who is the best! She’s always smiling, greeting everyone who comes in, thanking you when you leave, and she’s super efficient. I’ve gone in there on a Monday morning right when they open with the line out the door. Cora was the only one working and she knocked it out of the ballpark. Our wait time was minimal and she even stopped to replenish a receipt roll in one of the machines for a customer in the middle of it all. I know this UPS location has gotten low ratings in the past, but things have changed for the better all thanks to employees like Cora! I hope her company/boss is reading this and knows that she is a valuable addition to not only the company/store but to our community!”
“This review had been due for awhile. I just wanted to See for a few times before I write this review. I've been going to this UPS store my favorite. In my previous review I wrote about Evelyn who was very rude. But she has changed to be one of the best in Customer Service. Maybe she was taught how to do it the right way. The first time when I went in about a month and a half back she greeted and smiled and had a small chitchat. I was thinking not much of it. The second time I went she smiled and greeted as well. Today when I went in she was behind the counter she popped out of the counter and wished me good morning and also wished me to have a great day. That made my day. It's one of the best feeling to go into a store in the morning come out with that happy smiling face because you got the best customer service. Yay!! to UPS store for bringing their top notch service back again. this is one of the best in oakland out of all the pharmacies around and all the UPS stores around.”

“The ladies that work at this location were great. I unfortunately forgot the name of who helped me return a bunch of ATT and Comcast modems, but she was very patient and tried multiple different things to get the modem returns working. I couldn't have gotten it done without them. This location is less crowded and more laid back than some others.”

“I've went to this guy for years and he's always been reliable and accommodating for anything from routine to new needs. I've learned as a customer how to be efficient in preparation to make the most of my project and least of my time. Sad to see that the new location got smaller but the service is the same. Leaving 5 stars because it's the only place in the area I will really need whether long or short notice projects. Hang with it because it's going to be fair and quality in perfect balance.”

“I had to come here to pick up something from UPS. UPS dropped a package here for me without my consent. I do not know why I paid for UPS shipping and then have to go pick it up somewhere. Shipping is supposed to come to me, anyways the lady was nice and the store is clean and have a lot of mailing supplies in stock.”

“This UPS Store always makes everything easy, and everyone there is so friendly. Amazon returns are quick and convenient, whether you use the kiosk or go to the counter.

“This Post Office is located in the San Leandro Plaza and is open on Saturdays!!When I do have to mail a package, this is where I go!! The main reasons for that is that they usually have multiple windows open and they are open on Saturdays, the only day that I really have time for this. Now, sometimes on said Saturdays there's a long line here, but it moves along decently.The postal workers here are friendly and polite also!!”

“A place that has everything to send a package without any fear of missing something. They have FedEx, ups and USPS. They take printout and finer printing. Been going over here for a while for package shipping and it's not too crowded. The uncle in the shop is funny and very polite!”
“I drive out of my way to go to this specific location because the people there are always very nice and accommodating. Yesterday I needed to pack and ship 11 laptops and AK was extremely patient with me and explained all of my options. There's always parking in front which also helps immensely.”

“Dropped off a box for USPS pickup and was advised the package would be returned to me because it was a priority box for a ground shipment. They immediately started looking for another spare box for me and helped me re-package my shipment all at no-cost. USPS or any other courier would have never done this.
I highly recommend Postal Annex!”
