“My 1998 4Runner rear lift gate was stuck and the latch could not operate. Jose examined and after a few hard pushes the latch worked. He even showed me where the problem is due to the loosen rubber seal and put it back. Guess what is the cost to fix this… a big friendly handshake.

“Yesterday evening Los Cuates Towing was the first number I called, no one picked up. But my call was returned within a minute. Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”

I’ve brought my ’95 Civic here for a motor swap (done on time and at a super fair price), my ’18 JLU for full fluid service (perfect job), and even a last-minute breakdown that they fixed quickly and honestly and caught/identified issues the dealership caused. “I had a severe flat tire on highway 880 and had to park in a dangerous location (narrow shoulder on the left side of the highway, with many cars passing by me very fast and close). All the services I called from Audi/GEICO estimated to arrive in 2hours... Zack arrive within 30min, saved me out of the danger location, got me home safely and helped me change to a donut tire. All on a busy Saturday evening. I’m really grateful for his excellent work and kindness.”
“Nick and his team are fabulous! When you get in an accident you’re frustrated and frazzled. The last thing you want to deal with is navigating insurance and repairs.
Nick from the word go was a consummate professional taking care of the estimate/comms with the insurance company and getting parts from the manufacturer.

“My car had normal wear and tear on the roof (paint peeling in photos). I went to several places in Hayward and San Leandro to get estimates and other places made me feel like they were trying to milk me for every dollar. Except for Daniel at Performance Paint & Towing, Daniel was honest and reasonable with what needed to be done. I dropped my car off and 3 days later I got it back as if there was nothing ever there! Pros: Great customer service Instant and reasonable estimate Fast and quality work Highly recommend Cons: Does not accept credit cards”
“I noticed that my car was louder than before so I assumed that it was time to get a transmission fluid change since it's been long overdue. I called rainbow auto and Mario told me that he could take care of me the same day. After a quick test drive he diagnosed the issue right away and notified me that it wasn't my transmission, instead it was a broken ball bearing that was making that sound that had been haunting me for weeks.
He broke down the pricing in a clear and concise manner, ordered the part, and was very transparent about the issue. He also let me know that it wouldn't be dangerous to drive on while I waited for the part to arrive.
Since the job has been completed, my car has been running seamlessly and I'm very thankful that Rainbow auto center made an often stressful situation so easy. Will definitely come back for my next repair and would recommend them to anyone including family members.”

“Manage a fleet of 53 vehicles and would only recommend Central Towing. Response time is fast; dispatcher always provides realistic estimate on when they will arrive (doesn't promise 30 minutes and show up 120 minutes later). Trucks are always in top condition, have ridden in them. Have used 5 times in the last 2 years and price is always reasonable. I trust my fleet with Central.”

“My wife and I had pulled into the movie theater parking lot because we were planning on going to see wicked. My mother-in-law calls and tells me that her car is stuck in the parking lot of a grocery center and she needs help. To my wife's disappointment. We left the movie theater parking lot and went out to see what we could do to help her. Indeed she was stuck where she said she was, and so we called VIP towing was very responsive and came very quickly to help get us out of predicament. The service was very good and the owner of the business was very polite and professional. Needless to say, I would use this service again. If you're stuck and you need help and VIP towing is in your area, don't hesitate to call them for help.”

“We had such a great experience with Dino! My mom’s car needed a flatbed tow because the steering wheel was completely locked, and he went above and beyond to help us out. He stayed in touch the entire time, kept us updated, and made what could’ve been a really stressful situation go so much smoother. When we got to the destination, he was incredibly patient while we figured out where to leave the car and never rushed us. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing his job right.
