They seem reasonable/slightly higher priced, however who wouldn't want to pay for extra care, betterment of your pet, and general well-being. I've never seen other vets in Castro Valley but can see there are plenty of choices, however this is were we feel the most comfortable for the last 3 years”

“Can I just say how appreciative I am of having found this pet hospital? My dog Kyla was experiencing what I believed were respiratory issues. She was struggling to breathe for a good 10mins. I had no idea where to take her so early in the morning and a quick google search led me here. I arrived, I asked if they take walk-ins for emergencies because my dog was struggling to breathe. It is all a blur to me after this but I remember hearing the staff yell out “oxygen!” And they took her back. I was bawling my eyes out. The staff was so comforting and handled everything so graciously! The vet came out and told me Kyla experienced a reverse sneeze and that she was stable. They brought her out shortly after that and gave me information on what to do and why it happens. I learned 2 things that day: what a reverse sneeze was, and that there really are angels walking on earth. Thank you to the staff for their quick actions and providing comfort in our time of need.”
