“I visited this antique shop in Palm Springs for the first time. The collection was nice and there were many interesting items, but I found the prices to be much too expensive.
I saw a book I really wanted to buy, but it was $50, so I changed my mind. If it had been around $15, I definitely would have bought it. We had visited another antique shop where the prices were much more reasonable. For example, a similar memory box was only $15 there, while here the memory boxes started at $80 and went up to $250.
Overall, I liked the collection, but the prices were too high for me.”
“Shawn is a doll (vintage extraordinaire). I could have spent the day in that store looking at every item and talking to him. Prices are right, items are perfect and lots of options to peruse. The owner (Cat) has access to lots of LA studio and dropstock items. I love all the items, it’s like stepping into my grandparent’s house. While I loved all the jewelry, hats, clothing, shoes, pjs, robes, caftans, etc, etc, etc, the housewares was where my focus was. I grabbed some amazing cocktail and bar items to go in our mid-modern home. I hope to be back next PS trip. 💗”

“My wife and I wanted to purchase a special piece of jewelry and had a specific budget. I wanted a gold bracelet. It was a special gift for a family member. Before going into Todd & Company I visited 2 other reputable jewelry stores and left disappointed on many levels. When we arrived at Todd & Company (it was the day Hurricane Hilary hit so we were also in a hurry to get home) we were greeted by a lovely woman by the name of SHANNON. She was amazing… put our mind at ease immediately and was patient, helpful and kind. She took the time to show and explain all the possibilities within the budget for that specific gift. We found the perfect 18k gold bracelet. I also ended up buying another item that I love from there. Ask for Shannon. I recommend this store in Palm Desert. Their selection is beautiful and the prices are fair.”
“Visited this store for the first time while in search of antique decor for our houses. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted with a feast for the eyes of truly gorgeous high end pieces, all very thoughtfully displayed with each piece complimenting the next. I was impressed by the quality of the selection and the variety of eras and styles being sold, such as Art Nouveau, Victorian, Oriental, etc. The sheer volume of attractive wares was stunning, and it was a high pleasure to peruse the aisles of Delany's. I would have given 5 stars but I took one off for price/value as I noticed some items were inappropriately priced. There was a marble top 'antique Empire plant stand' for $425.00 that was not an antique, but a reproduction sold by the Bombay Company. Also, I overheard the sales lady quoting a price of $1,500 or $1,600 (I can't remember the exact amount) for a set of Fall of the Roman Empire books, which I was able to find and purchase on Ebay for $100 that evening. So do your research when you shop here and be sure you are paying the correct price.”
