“Visited this store for the first time while in search of antique decor for our houses. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted with a feast for the eyes of truly gorgeous high end pieces, all very thoughtfully displayed with each piece complimenting the next. I was impressed by the quality of the selection and the variety of eras and styles being sold, such as Art Nouveau, Victorian, Oriental, etc. The sheer volume of attractive wares was stunning, and it was a high pleasure to peruse the aisles of Delany's. I would have given 5 stars but I took one off for price/value as I noticed some items were inappropriately priced. There was a marble top 'antique Empire plant stand' for $425.00 that was not an antique, but a reproduction sold by the Bombay Company. Also, I overheard the sales lady quoting a price of $1,500 or $1,600 (I can't remember the exact amount) for a set of Fall of the Roman Empire books, which I was able to find and purchase on Ebay for $100 that evening. So do your research when you shop here and be sure you are paying the correct price.”
