Before going into Todd & Company I visited 2 other reputable jewelry stores and left disappointed on many levels. When we arrived at Todd & Company (it was the day Hurricane Hilary hit so we were also in a hurry to get home) we were greeted by a lovely woman by the name of SHANNON. She was amazing… put our mind at ease immediately and was patient, helpful and kind. She took the time to show and explain all the possibilities within the budget for that specific gift. We found the perfect 18k gold bracelet. I also ended up buying another item that I love from there. Ask for Shannon. I recommend this store in Palm Desert. Their selection is beautiful and the prices are fair.”
