The Bank of America Off of Monterey refused to help me because I didn’t have an account even tho the check was from there bank but then I came to here to this branch and Janice helped me no questions asked and cashed my check and was so nice and so friendly! “This place is the best when it comes to there hours.. They are open until 7:00pm and they are even open on Saturdays for a period of time. Make sure you call for there exact hours of operation. The only thing I think they need improving is the size. Its only three window and not all are always being utilized to accommodate the long line to move faster. There always seems to be somebody standing around which you would think that they would just take over and help to make happy happy your customers but can't really complain too much when you're getting an extra hour of banking time. And sometimes the staff seems a little slow and I've had a couple of unfriendly Bank tellers. Hopefully if they were just having a bad day. They have two ATM machines which are both located inside the grocery store as well as the bank would be also kind of nice if they had an ATM outside of the bank at that location that way you can use it at any time throughout the night when the store is not open because there's really no other Wells Fargo in that vicinity of town. At I use this extra hour of baking on occasion and will be going back for the same reason.”
