“I cannot say how impressed I am with this store and the staff. The store was well stocked and the prices were reasonable. The staff was absolutely incredible! After buying boots for my daughter at the store, I inadvertently left one of her sneakers in the store. Terry and Sid went above and beyond and helped to mail the shoe back to us in San Diego. Thank you both for being wonderful humans.”
“Its an experience here, from having to loan the cart a quarter to use down to bagging your own groceries. its always a hit or miss with the store, if you go early before opening there is always a line if eager shoppers waiting for the doors to open. Do you guys remember that old Mervyn's commercial what's the lady waiting for the store to open flashing her hands at the door saying Open open open open open open open yeah these are those people. The customers are always nice enough to give you their cart when they are done if your short a quarter. The sales aren't bad but it's definitely first come first serve as they run out quickly. I do like how they constantly changing what they have in stock. But I think the best thing about the store is the security guard. This woman is always in a good mood always happy always smiling and always puts a smile on my face. Her great attitude is contagious!!”

“I have 25 years in the grocery business. I cant tell you how pleasant it was to shop the lake arrowhead store 2days before Christmas. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Everyone seemed happy to be working. Store was clean and well stocked. My husband and I stopped to compliment the frozen food manager. I was amazed at how well his dept was full and dressed down. Keep doing what you're doing team! Lovely store!”

“This is the place for organic food on this mountain.
It’s not perfect, but you can tell that the owners are doing their best to grab the high quality, organic food when they can.
You can buy organic bagels, sliced bread, fruits, yogurt, vegetables, seeds and popped corn here.
I understand that some people are uncomfortable with the brand, but I’ve looked into it and GO prevents a ton of food waste — a massive cause of climate change — at the same time as keeping food affordable for local families.
We could shop at other stores, but we go to Grocery Outlet because of the quality of food. It does feel good not to be price gouged, too!
Finally, there is no expired food here: if something has fewer days on it, you’ll see a huge red sticker and a price cut.
The owners care about the community because they are part of our community. I wish them massive continuing success.”
“This location is way bigger.Burst out of there.Very helpful, very patient.Fruits and vegetables were fresh, very clean, and they have a section for Like smoothies, I do recommend coming here.
They even play music and it's something different.Not all locations have that or do that, they will.They welcome me when you come into the stgreat service”

“This place is just more and more convenient! They are known by everyone for their meat counter and check cashing. Management or ownership seems to remain the same throughout the years. Their employees have become familiar faces and always make sure customers are happy. They expanded the store some time ago and you can find basically anything you need there. Its your all in one stop from grocery, refrigerated goods, snacks galore in the candy isle, beer, sports attire/accessories, socks, tshirts, mexican health and beauty as well as well- being products, blankets, designer fragrances, birthday n party supplies, basic daily needs and sundries. Prices are also fair i must say!!! Its also very well stocked and a much needed part of our community. Parking lot may be busy and traffic is expected but well worth your business!”
“Of all the Stater Brothers I have been to, this is the cleanest one thus far and I visited to at least 10 locations. When I first moved to the Ranch, I wanted to make sure there was a supermarket close by in the community. Back in 2019, I met the store manager, who was well into 25 years plus with Staters. He greeted everyone who walked thru those doors. He knew just about everyone who came thru that store. Very friendly and gave the big store community service vibe. The produce are always fresh and so were the meats and cuts.I must say that I can depend on this location to provide the best service every day.”

Recently I misplaced my debit card after using the ATM in their store, I asked my husband to go check with them the next morning before reporting it lost...sure enough a kind customer saw it on the pavement and turned it in to the store! I love everything about this store and all the employees who work there!”

“Family-owned liquor store that my family and I often visit. Whenever I visit my family is greeted with smiles and my kid has a blast. Prices tend to be on the higher end for some items, but for the most part its a great spot if you need something quick; and you don't have time for the market.”

“Have no clue why the prices fluctuate and a glass forty is almost a dollar cheaper than a tall can.Bottles are all a bit pricey compared to Vons or Staters buy III deals. Tasted everything from ivy and nuts to menthol mint chocolate Clippers in my beer. Always been clean. And always been a buzz or warmth to fill my tummy and soul. Whenever there out of my beer I try one of the others advertised on the freezer door.”

“They close at midnight and were very patient when we walkedbin a minute before closing. I am the slowest at deciding and so is my friend. She also had pmt issue which took a lil longer and not once did they complain, or even lock irritatied with us. The selection is very good so stop by. They're right off the 210 in highland”
