“I have been very happy going to foothill Mailbox over the last couple years. The truth is, I hate going to the post office, because the line and service are usually not good. At foothill Mailbox, there is rarely much of a wait and the people know what they are doing and can give you tracking numbers for packages, etc. They also can mail US Postal Service mail packages from there as well as FedEx and UPS. Convenient and good service”

“If every U.S. Post Office operated like the Chicago Park, CA Location… the perception of the USPS would be all good! Jenny goes above and beyond in every aspect of service. She is warm, genuine and efficient… the other 2 employees I’ve met, are just as incredible, however I’m not aware of their names.
This location is an absolute gem in our cozy rural community.”

Remember that these places exist because the US Postal Service is terrible.
That means that they only have to be a little better than USPS. That's their economic model.

“Very poor customer service when contacting by phone; rep could barely speak English. Cannot call or be transferred to the local office directly only a customer service center located who-knows-where, so impossible to resolve the delivery issue. Massively annoying! Yet, when I went to the store in person, everything the customer service rep told me over the phone was incorrect and my issue was resolved very satisfactorily.”
“Visited this post office today to pick up some packages and acquire keys to my mailbox. Was in and out in 15 minutes. The representative was incredibly helpful in acquiring my keys, helping me to update my address and even helped to bring out my heavy package.”
