“I was on my way to pick up my daughter for a class, and while making a left turn, heard something rubbing one of my tires, loudly.. stopped at the nearest store to see if someone could help me.. Austin was at the counter, upon telling him that I think some little piece broke off under my car, the plastic covering, was hanging down and when I turn left rubbed my tire.. he told me that I needed to have one of the exact pieces to know which one to purchase.. that I needed to have my mechanic take one off for me and bring it in to get the right piece..
Today, I went back, Miah was at the counter, and within ten minutes, she had looked at my under carriage, got the correct piece, and put it on for me! Five stars for Miah specifically!!”
“Clean store, quick service and honest. Gentleman admitted he wasn't sure how so open the remote to my mother in laws car but looked it up. You don't find that kind of honesty anymore or a willingness to find the answer.”
“The people working at the counter are knowledgeable, friendly & helpful, they have a wide variety of options to choose from for your car care needs, they will also help you (if able) if your car is in the parking lot, they helped put on my windshield wipers.”
“Great auto store for parts and any chemicals you might need for your car. I came in today to get Dot 3 brake fluid. I was in and out in like 5-6mins tops. They are located like 40sec frommy house so that a very nice convenience. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys/gals.”
“Octavio and Vinny were great help! T-mobile sent me here to get my phone screen fixed and they got it done in no time no issues at all. I also notice they had a great selection of watch batteries. I change the batteries myself at home but I forget to order the ones I need and end up wearing a different watch thats still running. Will be back for sure and refer people to come here for their services!”
“I went in there to get some breaking fluid, and the young lady that helped me was such a doll she was so sweet the reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 is because the other lady working with her was so rude to me when I asked if I could use the restroom to just wash my hands. Which is no problem but she said it really rude and with attitude that is was not for public. But the lovely Brandy I believe was her name went out of her way to help me and even gave me some wipes to at least help me. I hope she eventually gets to get a higher position she deserves it!”

“Ramon is one of the kindest and most respectful workers I have ever met. He was efficient, while also being thorough, and when he was needed elsewhere, he made sure to have someone else finish helping us so that we were completely satisfied. He checked my car’s battery and determined that it had died. He showed me all of my options and the prices for a new battery and clearly explained the store policies. He then installed the new battery for me and made sure to apply dielectric grease to prevent corrosion.
I would highly recommend Ramon to anyone who walks into this store and needs assistance! He provided excellent customer service and made the entire experience easy and stress-free.”
“Literally had the worst day. I’m four months pregnant with high risk pregnancy and had my car refuse to start at my ob doc apt. I finally made it to O’Reillys where the manager, I think his name is Ray, was so kind and helpful. I was definitely crying and emotional with everything going on, he was super calm and helped me replace my battery and was just a great person to me when I was having a really bad day. Didn’t try to take advantage of me clearly being emotional and try to upcharge me or anything, he actually helped me out a lot and made sure I was okay before I left.”

“Ericka helped me today she was so awesome and efficient she looked up everything my car needed and got the items for me and my husband and printed all the information and answered all my questions about returns and car parts praise God 🙏 nothing feels better than great customer service when your car needs maintenance I got the oil change parts ac charger and a sensor so we're good to go to the mechanic God bless her she went above and beyond and made it look really easy lol”
