“Excellent place to shop. I love Kohl’s and usually find good deals. This particular store in Cerritos in very close to my home, is tidy, organized and has a good selection of merchandise. It’s smaller than some other Kohl’s stores but I am usually always able to find what I need here at a good price.”

“I cannot remember the cashier but her ID number is there. She was so sweet and courteous. She went above and beyond her call of duty to assist me with my purchase. She had no problem looking up my account and told me I had points to utilize. Most cashiers never tell me about my points or anything.. I would return to this location anytime. “Went to Macy's on May 9th at 10:30 am to look for shoes for my wife. I went to finish line and one young lady was upstairs and one was downstairs. I forgot their names but they extremely helpful courteous and knowledgeable. They both helped me and answered my questions. I'm big on customer service and courtesy. The two young ladies over achieved in that department. Thanks”

“The only place I know I can trust. Uniqlo brings quality designs and materials without running you dry. My go-to for work wear, tanks, and other elevated necessities. Staff is also extremely helpful and actually knows what they’re doing and believes in the stores quality. Good luck finding that literally anywhere else in Los Cerritos!”

“Aside from it being super busy due to the holiday shopping they have multiple registers open and the young lady checking if they have the requested shoe sizes was working pretty quick and friendly. Parking was crazy but it's the holiday season so can't complain.”

“BR has elevated from their yesteryears to a luxury brand and it shows in their collections quality, their stores, staff and management. This move may not have sat well with a lot of their former customers who built their wardrobe from their famous sales and markdowns and their more flexible return policy. They cater to a more refined and luxury shopper that is fine with shopping outside of the sale rack. This in turn has the staff do well with their high end clients and not so with the bargain hunters and habitual returners that expects to take back a worn garment or past the date of the return policy. The retail return policy has changed everywhere in the last few years due to abuse of the privilege by some. Stores don't HAVE to take anything back but they do as a courtesy but within a reasonable limit. This particular store has a fantastic management and staff that are well experienced in unparalleled client services for a new type of client and they don't compromise their high quality image when faced with the outlet store customer shipping for affordable work clothes. BR is not the most affordable for many. If you can't afford it, if you return everything you buy then go to Old Navy, H&M Nordstrom Rack, or similar. This is my favorite BR store location because it's being run by an equally luxurious management like Jason D and staff.”

I had been looking EVERYWHERE for flattering clothes and panties and bras that are comfortable and unique. It’s so so so worth it. Everyone was super helpful. “I had such a great experience at Spencer’s thanks to Sydney and Alexis! I was shopping for a very specific item for my friend’s bachelorette party and couldn’t find it anywhere in the store. Instead of brushing it off or telling me to check another location, both ladies went out of their way to help. They double-checked the inventory and even brought out the ladder to reach the very top shelf—turns out the item was in stock after all! “So I've been waiting for Debra W's response. I'm a "Karen watcher" and I was behind her in line. What she failed to mention, is how she removed all the tags from the clothing. ALSO she failed to mention how she called the manager a little b**** before she left. She bought all the clothing on Black Friday as well. Let's just stop and realize that this woman attacked the appearance of the girl who helped her. Gross. It's 2023, we don't do that. Karen's have no place in our society, we don't behave that way. So Debra, if you're seeing this..please learn how to act. You were wrong. Take the loss. Everyone has a job to do, and that girl was just doing what her training told her to do. Do better, be better. Your behavior and attitude was just subpar at best.”
