“We got HOUNDED at the Burbank store so we decided to try the Valencia store. What a difference. We were greeted and left alone to shop around. Once we found what we were looking for, Farnaz, the manager ended up closing our shopping experience and taking care of us. She was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We had a great experience here.”

“I stumbled upon rebound consignment furniture store recently as I was looking for a certain table: the Cleeves coffee table by lulu & Georgia and on the lulu website this table was selling for 1500 and shipping date was given as march!! When I spoke to Jeanie she was so kind and worked with me on every step. I live in Illinois so she arranged for a freight service pickup at the best price and my package was so perfectly packed it came just as I expected!! I would recommend those who are in other parts of the US to use this company and check out their site! I am beyond happy with my purchase!!”

“Great service a definitely will go back because of the service Nick provided. Nick was very helpful and detail oriented. Nick was able to find the a specific type of couch with the specific dimensions we have been looking for. He was not pressuring us to buy the couch the same day. Rather emailed the information and gave us time to think about it. Which felt good since I didn't have to make a decision at that time. So we went back and purchased the couch with Nick once we made a decision.”

“My favorite antique shop that I've been to and I have shopped at many of them. They've done a finominal job of utilizing the space they have without making it feel overly crowded which is great. Everything has its place and just really comes together well. The people i met while I was there were very nice. Within minutes of talking with them you can see how passionate they are. I was surprised at how big the store was as well. You can't tell from the store front but it really is a large space. If your in the area I highly recommend you stop by to have a look. A+ guys.”

“Highly recommend looking here for all your furniture needs! Visited the showroom and ended up purchasing a brand new, beautiful and incredibly comfortable couch for a price much less than what I would have paid at Ashley Furniture! Todd helped me pull the trigger on this couch, and I’m so glad, because it’s perfect and didn’t rob my bank account. Todd was so easy to work with - he’s honest, professional, kind, and friendly. Very responsive as well. Check this store out! You’ll finally find relief in your furniture hunting😊”

“I love working with Sigal - she made my vision come to life and customized everything to fit our space. I love the fabric options and the attention to detail. She is a spot-on in terms of interior designer so she adds that extra flare of professional wisdom when you’re trying to curate pieces for your home. We have already ordered many pieces from her and will continue to fill up our home with custom furniture. We can’t go back to regular storefront anymore.”

“We had a great experience with Benita at Sleep Number at Topanga. We had already done a lot of research online but being in the store, being able to feel and try the different mattresses, and having Benita describe the products was beyond helpful. We ended up getting more than planned due to the Black Friday deals (discounts and financing) but those decisions were made because we were physically able to touch and feel product. I don’t think that would’ve happened if we did this purely online. We don’t have the bed yet so this review is only about the service at the store and not the bed itself. That will come later.”

“Ana was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly patient and took the time to help my dad try out different chairs and find one that was comfortable for him. We even went back to the original chair we had looked at, and she never made us feel rushed or pressured. She was especially understanding because she has also experienced issues with sciatic nerve pain, so she really understood what my dad needed and was able to offer helpful, personal insight. She even has the same chair we ended up purchasing, which gave us a lot of confidence in our decision. Ana was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right chair. She also worked hard to get us a great deal, which we really appreciated. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and we’re so grateful for her help. Highly recommend asking for Ana!”

“Red carpet service from Dan at the showroom was the best. My Morrison Power Recliner w/Headrest and Lumbar arrived today and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. This is a chair that I can grow old in. LOL :) The quality is exquisite, the comfort beyond description. My delivery guys, Sergio and Rodolfo were pleasant and professional. I received courteous text messages the morning of to let me know the status of the delivery window. This was very helpful for me.
