“Because of all the great reviews I read about LA story alterations, I went there, and had Susie alter a dress I was planning to wear for my granddaughter’s wedding. She did a beautiful job, and because of that great experience, I had her alter The dress I was planning to wear for my daughters wedding four months later. Both dresses turned out absolutely beautiful. Also, she did a marvelous job altering my younger daughter’s dress, who was the maid of honor at her older sister’s wedding. I highly recommend LA story alterations.”

“It's a small shop but the customer service I've gotten both times I've went was above and beyond. The items are a little pricey, but the quality of the items I purchased was worth it. The staff both times were extremely helpful when I wanted to purchase an online gift card. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to support smaller businesses and get away from the giant retailers of the world.”

There is a genuine air of sincerity when she speaks and no sense of impatience or malevolence. She treats the customer with the smallest of purchases as kindly as she would one who made the cash register sing! When I telephone she comes to the phone and is calm and kind and professional and so personal that you almost think she must remember you! “I bought some casual short sleeve shirts here for $60 - $65 each. One of them is pretty nice. The other two are just for something to wear while walking. They didn't have a great selection. The salesperson was great (I didn't get her name), though, as my partner pointed out to me, the cashier didn't bother to fold them neatly before putting them in the bag. There's only one fitting room so you may end up waiting to try things on.”

“I went in trying to find some new vans since my other ones are a couple years old. The staff were helpful with asking if I needed help and letting me know about their current sales. The store was very clean and perfectly organized. Although I didn't purchase anything I had to write a review about the great customer service. “M.fredric has always been the best clothing store around. I started going when they opened in Studio City, bought my favorite outfits there, for myself and my children. Moved to Calabasas, and then to Westlake Village. Their excellent taste and quality selections make shopping fun without getting overwhelmed. I'm on a budget but found out it's worth it to pay a bit more for things I love! Their children's/baby section also cannot be beat! I cannot leave empty handed! My daughters shop there, and so do my grandchildren now. It's a family tradition at this point!”

“I came here to pick up an online purchase I made for a gift. I mentioned to the employee how I was shocked that their website said they were out of stock on the item, but within an hour of ordering it for online pickup, it was ready at the location. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and mentioned that the store stock online is very unreliable and to always call the store first. Even though it was clearly not her fault (or the store's for that matter) she was very apologetic for the mistake. It was a wonderful customer service experience. If I need to get another item for my wife, I'll be sure to to come here because of that. And, if by any chance they ever start selling men's exercise clothes I'll absolutely shop here for myself.”

“This is a premium styles store so most of their jeans are 100% cotton or close to it. They can embroider and fix jeans too. But what I wanted to highlight is their customer service. There were at least 3 people that worked together to help and get me the styles I asked for. Justin stood out with a smile, eager to answer and find what I needed. I'll be going back!”
