“I'm giving this place 5 stars because, they take old paint and properly dispose it! I love that! We bought a house that had a ton of old paint cans in the garage and we wanted to get rid of it the responsible way and Ace popped it when I googled it. What a great service! The one in the desert does not offer this service so I'm very grateful Yucaipa's does. Also, the guy who's helped me in the back of their parking lot is just the sweetest guy! Thanks Ace!!”
“From time-to-time one might have the good fortune to be the benefactor of customer service that eclipses all previous merchant/customer interactions. Yesterday, I had such an experience at the Beaumont Home Center on 6th Street here in Beaumont. My search was for a simple nut threaded with “compression threads”, except the thread requirement was that they be through-and-through. The nut was to be for securing a faucet to a kitchen countertop. Alas, such a nut is only available as a component of a kitchen faucet kit. That was the costly problem-solution, buy a complete faucet kit, until Mary of Beaumont Home Center asked me the question “ are you finding everything?” As if with magic powers manifested in Mary’s nimble fingers a very adequate solution emerged into fruition. Within ten minutes a four dollar remedy was ready to take home. Really good job Mary!”
“Always had good luck finding what I needed. The sales people are very helpful in locating my purchases. The sales, promotions and coupons are great and a real savings for someone like myself on Social Security. Highly recommend to all wishing to get a great savings on hardware and tools. “They have a decent amount of stuff for welding , BUT they also sell everything else, even raw steel and propane ect.
They have time to help you out and they are educated making sure you know what you are buying”
“Best customer service hands down. Josh helped me unload two yards of gravel, was very kind and patient by not just dropping the gravel in my driveway. Josh actually shoveled the gravel from the work truck into the wheel barrel. Alex dropped off cinderblock with his personal truck after the store was closed at 7:15 pm. Alex helped move my boat and backed his truck into my backyard and helped hand stack the block. I would never give business to home depot or Lowe's after receiving this kind of service. The selection and value of products this little home town hardware store carries is top notch. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Steve please acknowledge Josh and Alex for the great work they do. Awesome employees at this business. Very grateful for all of the extra effort and support in helping me out today.
