“Parking & homeless make it uncomfortable sometimes but give it 10-20 mins to empty out or complete change of crowd. It's certainly convenient & im thankful it's there.”

“A very busy station this one is because it's on tribal land and they're not so cutthroat( so to speak) about about gas sales. Just sayin its always worth the drive to get fuel out there”

“I love this market that I stop at on the way to my studio. The staff is so nice. There is a cold room where the drinks are waiting, that serves as a respite when it's 110 outside. The snacks are well rounded and I always get some chips, bean dip and egg salad sandwich. The coffee is always tasty without bitterness. I got hooked on the Don Clemente lottery and there is a machine I can buy a ticket from when I get the itch. Lots of parking. Good vibes for a gas market.”

“This is one of the few stores open on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and any other major holiday. They sell singles, have a great beer selection, a wide variety of liquor, and awesome staff.”

“Great group of employees, really great. I thought all I needed was water until the employees gave me what I really needed. A mood boost! A genuine smile and a grant of kindness from the young redhead working the register. Then I got generosity from the older gentleman taking out the trash. These two encounters together elevated my mood and got me back on the positive side. Thanks for being good people Power Market people, I appreciate you!”

“Love this lil store. They have a good selection of stuff to pick from including Hispanic foods and candies which we love. I really appreciate the fact there's not a bunch of homeless outside asking for money when you go in or come out. I like that they carry hemp wraps also. Now I don't have to go downtown to get mine. Literally the meaning of a convenience store.”

“So glad to have this place in the neighborhood. Clean, bright and very friendly. I always feel welcome and I have always found what I've wanted...and I buy some hard to find liquers and mixers.”

“We started using this Walgreens rather than the other one in town since we kept having issues there. We have now been getting all of our prescriptions filled here for the last few years. The staff is great to work with, and is informative if there is an insurance or supply issue and is great about getting things filled quickly when needed. Really appreciate the staff at this Walgreens!”

“Although the gas price is extremely high (at least compared to where I’m from), the staff here are a lot nicer than surrounding gas stations. There is also a clean public restroom. The location isn’t really ideal because if you’d like to get back on the highway, you must go all the way around and make a u-turn. However, great stop for people on a roadtrip.”

“Has beer cave with excellent selection. Lots of snacks. Kinda of dingy but it's not any worse than most gas stations. But personally I would skip the pre cooked hot food.”

“Annie is the greatest. I was trying to find the pain relief spray my wife wanted on aisle 26 where the pharmacy had sent me the other day but it wasn't there and Google maps said the store didn't carry it. But l asked her since the pharmacy was closed and she directed me to the feminine care aisle. There it was plus a whole UTI section the pharmacy never told me about. Annie rocks. And her Spanish is fluent too.
I just the Chico police would do something about the homeless on the sidewalk outside with their scary dogs barking at everyone.”

“Every time that I have visited this store in the past few years, the staff has been professional, courteous, and kind. The store is always clean, and their merchandise is well stocked and fairly priced.”

“I had given this gas station and market a lot of my business when I lived in Chico. The venue is clean and spacious, with ample parking and wide, modern station bays. The pricing is competitive (even for a Chevron) and there is never really a line. It's surrounded by a nice lawn which could be ideal if needing to stretch or let the dog out during a long drive. I really have come to enjoy the market, and would compare it to more of a grocery store feel than a mini-mart. It feels large with its high ceilings and multiple aisles. The store itself is very tidy and offers a great selection of items at good prices. I was always a fan of the beer cooler in the back corner, where you can walk into a completely separate refrigerated area and select from a great variety of spirits. If you're driving down Highway 32, this place will definitely be visible. Give them a go for your next small grocery purchase.”

“Quick and cheap coffee and sodays. Should take advantage of their rewards program for free coffees and sodas after every 6th purchase of each and earn 1 point for every dollar spent and those points can be used like cash to purchase any item! Employees are nice and store is kept clean with a decent selection of items!”

“Been coming here for a long time. Good car wash. Pretty clean. Staff is always polite and helpful except lately a new girl in the morning thats kinda mousey looking with glasses is unpleasant. Never smiles or seems to be in a good mood and has been talking on the phone everytime I've been in . Other than that its a great place.”

“I work there currently. It is true that everything is about a dollar more (or relatively less) than safeway, an expensive store already. Used to close at 7am-4pm because of pandemic, but now the hours are weekdays 7am-7pm except fridays. Which are reasonable hours for students, but still not the best compared to other universities. As an employee, I recommend for the price the Chili Lime Ramen Cup of Noodle(super good), the Red Yachak (like classic yerba mate but more caffeine, and they are slightly cheaper than reg yerba right now until management catches it lol), Chicken Pesto sandwich(kinda pricey but still the best fresh sandwich to me), Beef and cheese Tornado (really cheap and filling but not at all healthy), and the Sargento Sharp Cheese Stick (the flat one, cheap and the best cheese stick I ever had for some reason, sometimes they are a little room temp from sitting in the middle store fridge but still really good). Sometimes we get a bag of pickles in the mid fridge and if you’re a pickle fan these will blow your mind, don’t underestimate the Bag of Pickles. Some people complain that nothing is labeled for prices, and it is because it is too hard to label all the random stock we get as well as the prices keep changing. The prices changed 3 times in my 2 years working there. A good rule to go off of (for an actual meal not candy or a small snack) is that ramen is usually a dollar, frozen meals are about $6-10, chips are $2-4, chex mix type and snack packs are $2-$5.50 depending on quantity, beef jerky is about $6.50, and cheese is almost always under $2. The drinks except water are always gonna be almost $3-$5, and know that energy drinks there are very overpriced. This is if heavy inflation doesn’t make this post extremely dated. Of course I would recommend going to an actual grocery store to save money unless you have flex cash as a student. Happy little campus store and really successful! (because there really IS no other to go food store on chico’s campus).”

“The staff has always treated me like family, always so friendly when I walk in the door, and personable at the counter. These are good people. “I'm happy to say that even though this didn't end exactly how we were hoping it would, this company and especially the managers at this store on East ave in Chico did show amazing customer service and follow up to get our issue resolved. They showed perfect customer service and professionalism, repeatedly reached out to us to start a dialogue and came to a quick solution. Thankyou Steve and Sarah (apologies if I got the names wrong)”
