“I had an old family photo, 110 years old, that was originally printed on silk and was damaged. Elizabeth was familiar with the original process, restored the photo and made prints on modern photo paper. The restoration is excellent! I highly recommend her to anyone who has a very old photo that needs work before reprinting. Work was done when promised at a reasonable price. She was honest about any limitations on the quality of the work.”

“Convenient and affordable!It's surprising how expensive printer ink can be. For years, I was tasked to replace the ink cartridges on my office's printers. We would heavily use them daily (lots of documents to print) and found that they'd run out more frequently than average. I recall the first time dropping by a big box office supply store and being astonished over the cost of the replacement cartridges. Surely there had to be an alternative. Enter Cartridge World. This shop is small but packs a big punch. They are located in the Safeway shopping center with excellent parking and a great central spot adjacent to downtown Chico. Cartridge World does sell name brand cartridges of all types, but the item that reeled me in was their store brand refills. To my knowledge, they will take your used cartridge, refill it at their shop, and then allow for it to be used again, and again. I was skeptical bringing my Canon cartridges here for exchange as the printers had an ink sensor. Would it be accurate if I wasn't replacing with the real deal?Surprisingly, I had few to no technical issues and my printers accepted these refill cartridges. I can tell you that I've saved dozens of dollars over the years by patronizing this neat little shop. If you are in need of printer ink replacement on a budget, look no further.”

“In two words: Liz Chavez.My fiancé and I had been returning our packages using other locations until one day Liz went above and beyond to help me with an Amazon return. She walked me through all the ways my fiancé can make it easier for me to make returns when she is unable to do them herself.Miss Chavez is an outstanding employee, I have never seen her without a smile helping customers with any printing, shipping, copying or other need they may have.I asked Miss Chavez if I should write her a review online or if she had another way to tell her management, owner and company that she is a diamond in the rough. It is hard to find good help these days, and Liz Chavez is worth incentivizing to continue representing the UPS Brand.We will be back, as long as she is at this location and most likely long after she is promoted. From what I have heard from friend’s parents and now peers, UPS has always been a great company to work for. Liz Chavez represents what “Brown can do for you.””

I like going there because I don't have to find a parking place or wait in long lines at the post office. Postal Plus gives quick and courteous service. I've had a PO box there, too, and been happy with that service as well.They have cute gifty stuff for sale as well. Highly recommend.”
