“It is always nice to do business at the UPS store on Notre Dame when Phelan is working. She is professional and kind. Lyndsay on the other hand is extremely unprofessional and disagreeable.”

“I am moving to Hawaii from California and the process has been a lot to say the least. A kind gentlemen helped me find affordable ways to help me ship my boxes. I came in a few times with heavy boxes where other places made me feel bad, but all the staff here helped me get my boxes in and was nothing but kind!”
“Yesterday I went to postal plus to see if they could print some stuff off my phone. No problem and at a very reasonable price! I just love the owner and all of her workers! Everyone is happy smiling and very helpful! True customer service! I have used other places in town and been way overcharged! Also told they would have to recopy the paperwork I brought in because their machine would not accept it. Also left to try to figure out how to copy something. No help! Thank you everyone at postal plus!”
