“I dreaded walking in but I had to do so twice in the past month. First visit - only 1 person in line. Second visit - no line at all. I can't remember the young lady's name who helped me the first time but her last name was Ortega and she made it easy to close one account and open another. She was personable and professional. My teller on both visits was Joel. He was also personable and professional. He gives the impression that he's having a good day. Two unexpectedly pleasant experiences ?”
