“Very good bank. I've had my ID compromised several times through the internet and my wallet was stolen (at Costco). Wells Fargo has been wonderful helping me through their fraud department and when the thieves tried to use my Wells Fargo card it was denied and I was notified immediately by text. Wells Fargo has watched over my accounts and will immediately notify me of any suspicious activity. This is so important due to all the identity theft going on. I'm so grateful to them for this. Their customer service is excellent. Their costs are comparable to other banks. I highly recommend for your banking needs.”
“Israel is an incredibly responsible, dedicated, and professional banker. I ran into a very complicated issue with my account, and he was extremely patient throughout the entire process. He kept following up and working to resolve the problem, even taking time out of his personal time to make sure everything was taken care of.
I truly appreciate how seriously he took my situation and how committed he was to helping me from beginning to end. He went above and beyond what I expected, and his kindness, patience, and sense of responsibility really impressed me.
