“My tire went flat, so I looked for a tire repair shop nearby and found that this one had pretty good reviews. It was fixed in 10 minutes, and they reminded me that I would need to replace the worn-out tire next time I come back. I'm already planning to replace this tire, so I'll go back here next time.”

“I had excellent experience with Caliber Collision, especially with Adrian Hernandez, who assisted me throughout the repair process after my car was involved in an accident.
Adrian was extremely professional, helpful, and responsive. He kept me updated every day on the repair progress and made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. The team completed the repairs and returned my car within just four days, which exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the quality of service, communication, and efficiency of the entire team. I truly appreciate Adrian’s excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Highly recommended Caliber Collision, Chino for their outstanding service!”
“I was worried because my rim didn't have the best rating that I was buying, however when I opened the package I was blown away. It looks better than my other 3 rims put together. Looks like new to my eyes. You get what you pay for. I would go here again. Also this place is the only shop in the US that I could find the rim I was looking for. Shipped cross country in a few days. 6 stars”
“NAPA used to be my go to, but now I have hoof it way out of my local area to get to one. Worth it though as they stock the more reliable brands and their people seem like they did not start the week before. Got copper based thread antiseize. Try finding that at your local AZ.”
“The Carstar Exhibit Collision Center employees did a great job on my Toyota Prius. The price for the job that was performed on my car was very good. I will give them more work on the future.”
“Customer service is (in my opinion) one of the most important factors when deciding to do business with a company. Yoshimura R&D, with a special thank you to Shannon, absolutely delivered on this! I was looking for a part for the Yoshimura exhaust on my 1998 Suzuki SRAD. I thought there wasn't much likely to be anything available for this (28 years old), but I was proven wrong! Exactly what I was looking for and shipped to the Netherlands in no time. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with it. Yoshimura R&D and Shannon, thank you very much!”

“Sarkis was absolutely phenomenal. He fixes big jobs and small jobs too! Very knowledgeable. I walked in to get my glove department box fixed and not only did he complete this job with "lightening speed" but he also checked my cabin filter & discovered that it was full of tree bristles which had been affecting my AC. I had been to several mechanics before to explain that I was seeing what looked like smoke from my vent when I turned the AC on and no one had been able to diagnose the problem and instead told me that it was normal..I never even mentioned this to Sarkis and he discovered the problem, described the symptoms to me and then fixed the problem! and now I can turn on my AC with no smoke/fumes!! and I only went there for my glove department box! I received the 2 for 1 special!!! and he gave me a great deal! I had checked with the dealer and they quoted me a price of $500 to fix my glove dept. box.. and wanted me to schedule an appointment and leave for car for the day. Sarkis fixed my glove dept. box and discovered my AC problem all in about 15 minutes!!!! Satisfied is an understatement!!!! I am So happy that I walked into his place of business. If I need any other work done on my car/truck ... this is where I'll be going. He was very helpful and professional and prompt with his knowledge and skills! Highly recommended!!”

“This auto zone is the greatest, not only for its fine products, but its amazing crew. The employee that stood out the most is easily Aaron. Helpful since the moment I walked in. Asked if I needed help, helped me look up the correct bulb I needed for my car, and helped me pick out the one that best matches my preferences. Aaron is among the best at Autozone in Chino. Whatever I need automotive related, Aaron has an answer. Employee of the month for sure. If anyone decides to walk into this autozone while Aaron is working, you’ll be sure to leave feeling very helped and appreciated. I highly recommend this establishment because of him.”

“I’m giving them a four star review because the first products that I got from them were not great. One had a piece fall off on the inside, and the other immediately started holding moisture. And then when trying to get them returned, I didn’t get the best customer service from somebody that I called. But after I reached out again on multiple platforms, some really great people reached out to me and fixed the problem. I appreciate all the help!”
“I have to say that I am blown away by the customer service Ron has given me. I called with an odd request that he amazingly was willing to do and he's gone above and beyond to take care of me. Working with these guys has been one of the bests experiences I have had in the automotive industry. Thanks Ron. If u get the chance work with Cgs, if u don't have a reason to I suggest u find one because u won't be disappointed”
