“I didn't get the name of the cashier but she was excellent! I was at the checkstand where I asked the cashier if the store had hook and loop (velcro) ties. She led me directly to what o was looking for! What really impressed me was her positive attitude, super cheerful and energetic and humble. She demonstrated these attributes with the customee ahead of me and the one who followed me. Made my afternoon!”

What I love most about this company is their phenomenal customer service. Stephanie has been an amazing assistant—she has helped us greatly with our Rainbow Restoration clients by providing detailed information about the products, such as the different types of countertops (including quartz and more). She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, from countertops to kitchen cabinets and appliances like sinks and faucets. Our clients have been very satisfied with her professionalism and customer service skills.
I also want to highlight Bonnie, who was extremely helpful in assisting us with the credit card application process.
