“So my mytee extractor broke a button in the front panel. Super bummed thought it was gonna cost a boatload of money.
Took it to the guys at 3-D hoping that they would have a button there in the shop that they could just you know charge me for an install for me and I was willing to pay and then I was kind of scared about how much it might cost, but it turned out super affordable
Not to mention my extractor now works better than when I first spotted. I don't know how that's possible but I love it so these guys are these guys are the shit thank you guys.”
“My initial experience was over the phone with the service coordinator which did not go very well at all and then I remembered I dealt with Carlo a service writer in the past and I called and told him what had happened with the initial experience with the service coordinator and he not only Helped me with my oil change but won Me back as a customer because I was definitely not happy with the service coordinator who could have cared less if I went to Jiffy Lube for my oil change thank you Carlo

The front desk team took the time to look at my car and offered a simple fix instead of pushing for a full replacement. Edgar, one of the technicians, went above and beyond by taking time out of his day to help. He carefully bent the fender back into place, and like magic, I could fully open my door again. I truly appreciate the honesty, skill, and customer service. Highly recommend!”
“The manager (Robert) is a man of his word!! Initially the repairs need a little more attention to detail and.when I mentioned this no excuses were made, vehicle was retained, and the issue rectified in very short order.
Also upon completion, we noticed after we returned home the interior was dusty, dirty, and somewhat unclean. I called the manager and heand a detailer ce to our house the following day. Photos were taken and our car's interior was detailed. Again, no excuses, no hesitation, just made it right!!!!”

Brandon was the first gentlemen who helped me with the installation of one car. He was very helpful and respectful.
Eddie is the name of the second gentlemen who helped me with installing a battery for my father’s truck. In this particular case. The night I went in, there were other associates. But seemed as soon as I said I would also need the battery installed. They all disappeared. But Eddie stepped up and got the job done. Thank you.”

I've been really happy with the results Rudy has provided, plus the feedback and suggestions he's given me to get my setup as ideal as possible.
