Worst ever when it comes to credit cards . After every first purchase they decline my transactions and I called and they keep hanging up… they claim fraud and admitted they do it automatically every single time . Which if frustrating and inconvenient. Don’t recommend never had issues with Navy Federal

Awful customer service, very rude when talking to you and they take an unnecessary amount of time for something very simple. They act as if they were doing you a favor.
