“Outstanding experience from start to finish! The installation was seamless, punctual, and executed with top-tier professionalism. I signed up for the 8-Gig fiber plan, and the performance has been nothing short of phenomenal—consistently delivering full, symmetrical gigabit speeds across all my connected devices without a hitch. A huge shoutout to Kevin B., who set the gold standard for customer service. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, walked me through the entire setup in real time, and answered every question with thorough expertise. Having a technician who takes that level of care and pride in their work makes all the difference. If you’re considering Wired Fiber, don't hesitate. Fantastic service, incredible hardware performance, and stellar technicians like Kevin make it worth every penny. Five stars all around!”
