After getting home and discovering fingerprint unlock was broken, I called and they picked up the phone (great staff) they told me to come back to fix it. I drove back, the did quickly fix it. It is now 100%
It would have been nice to run through that unlock before I left in the first place.”

“I always come to this Metro because Alondra provides great customer service shes always fast and efficient and always answers all the questions I need on the other hand they got me to switch to T-Mobile and the customer service there is terrible I also spoke to the T-Mobile representative Berenice since she offered to help while I was at the store she said she would help with the transfer but she didn't help us and we didn't hear back from her.
