“A HUGE thanks to the saint of a woman behind the counter for helping me out today with a package I desperately needed! She called the Postman and had him drive my envelope right to my house so I could get my documents in time for a job interview. ? I was at my wits end and she did everything she could to make it happen, I wish I would have gotten her name. And a big thank you to the Delivery Driver for following through! You two deserve a raise! Thank you again!”

“I want to acknowledge the clerk Mylene who has attended to me at the Bonita Post Office on 11/07/23. She is super quick, professional in her attitude, calm under pressure (since the lobby was full and she was by herself), courteous, and smiled with everyone she helped. She made me feel like a valued customer and I look forward to her assisting me again. On a side note, i do have a complaint. The male supervisor would come out and see the long line and he did not jump in to help his colleague who was hustling all by herself. Not cool!40 year resident.”

“Exceptional customer service. The inside is very clean and all items are well and neatly stocked. The cashier was greeted customer at the door and was engaging during the transaction. They have three blue boxes outside. Some are big enough to insert a small package.”

“The PO building is old, dark, small and falling apart. It really needs to be torn down and rebuilt. HOWEVER, the counter staff are invariably kind and helpful. Don't believe any negative reviews about the staff at this PO-- they are the best. They get all sorts there, and they have to deal with odd, rude, not-so-bright and demanding people, but I have never seen them be anything other than kind and professional. It can get busy there at times, but it is almost always much quicker than other nearby POs, and the staff are so nice that it's not really a bother.”

“Always great and friendly service while taking the time to address any questions or concerns.Only downside is that they’re never consisted with the official rules and guidelines posted by DC on the official USPS website, making stuff up along the way, making them sound unsure about things and leaving you as a customer unsure about outcome because it doesn’t match expectations set by the website. That said, it has yet to cause an issue.”

“Parking can be tight but the staff here are always so much more efficient and friendly than the one closer to my house. Even when it is incredibly busy they are quick and friendly and go above and beyond to help.”

“OK, who reviews the post office and leaves a good review, right? Well, most folks haven't met Kevin or seen him in action. He is a wonder of customer service. I knew he was a special guy when he signed me up for a PO box and did a great job of making sure I had everything I needed. The other day, I stood in line waiting several extra minutes observing Kevin work his magic with an elderly customer who was trying to figure out how to pay or prove payment of a particular medical bill. Kevin the social worker was in play, he wrote things down for the customer, circled important phone numbers, suggested action and said "I'll be here to help you once you know where you'll send the letter to," oh so patient is Kevin. Wonderful. Yes, it was an extra 5 minutes of my time to watch it all unfold before me and some customers would share a one-star review because they had to wait too long -- but I was lucky to observe a kind and caring customer service pro in action. It was a privilege.Other things about this post office? This is one of the great USPS locations that accepts UPS/FEDEX/Amazon shipments (addressed with proper box number and PO street address) and I so appreciate that! There are a few "glitches" with that system and it is not unusual for me to have a FedEx tracking number saying something is delivered but the PO not to have the item in hand for a few (if not several) days. I get a HUGE number of packages via these other sources right now as we're momentarily in San Diego and doing a bunch of outfitting of our sailboat, so I'm not too concerned about it, the packages always pop up and I can get them eventually, but this does make me think they have a hard time with the workload of dealing with so many packages with so few staff there.Anyway, Point Loma USPS Kevin and all the rest -- please keep doing what you and being great! Thanks so much.”

“Moved to this neighborhood a little over a year ago, and I’ve never waited more than 15 mins - that includes when the line has been to the door. They are very efficient and Rufino and Rosy are always very pleasant and friendly.”

“I just want to thank George at Coronado Post office for answering my plea for help. I'd left my drivers licence inside when counter help was tracking my package. I forgot to retrieve it and left. After arriving home, I realized I'd left it. The post office was already closed for the weekend, but when I went around the back and called for help, George came out. I told him what had happened and he went back in to find it and brought it out to me. Thank you George!! ??”

“The best way to receive mail and online shopping packages. Tip: You have to go in person, they have so many costumers that they don't answer the phone often.”

“This has been the first usps that’s been the most helpful in my life like to thank Fred Super enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Really wish more usps workers were like him.”

“Post Office in Barrio Logan had poor customer interactions. So I went downtown where the customer service was much better. Come to find out, the first rep handled the paperwork. So effective but rude.”

“Window clerks are busy yet could be more polite like downtown Chula Vista clerks who have even more customers in a more obvious location. Not open Saturday for no particular reason, or past 5. Has passport office, but no mailbox for cars. Tiny and awkward parking and building. Long lines.”

“So far every time I've visit this location the clerks are helpful and provided a good customer service. Like any other postal office they also carry what u need to send a package, letter etc.”

“For a large city and zip code, they are polite, professional, seldom lose mail, and deliver on time. Opening past 5 would be nice, zip code 60540 in Illinois has done this for 20 years and has 4 kiosks, open until 7 pm on weeknights and on both Saturday and Sunday. Milwaukee had a 24 hour staffed post office near their airport for years with window clerks. So, why not a bit later? To use the kiosk after 6, you must have a key? Or drive to Bonita post office by 10 or Eastlake? The kiosk at 91910 is open until 6? So silly.”

“Im and out in less than 10 mins. Very friendly. Front entrance is being renovated and the south side entrance is open temporarily. The parking lot was recently paved and there’s plenty of parking.”

“The monthly charge for a box is low and the rate for receiving packages isn't too bad. (it would be cheaper if Amazon would consolidate orders into 1 package like they used too) They moved next door to a bigger/better area. They seem really organized and there are rules that need to be followed.”
